Has anyone used this plan yet? I don't really understand what the package consists of.
Is this a per room package or per person?
First it says a bottle per room a night, then says a bottle credit per night stay. Does this answer my question above, meaning one package a room night, or does this mean we get a bottle in room and a bottle in a restaurant as well?
Is $40 a night worth it?

I have not done the wine and dine package. However, I recently was at both Narcosees and the California grill and briefly looked at the wine lists to get an idea about the value of the plan. Bottles $50-55 and below were 1 credit, bottles $50-$105 or so were 2 credits; bottles more expensive than that were not on the plan. These prices were before tax (6%). Most bottles were at least $40. So with a cost of $39.99 per room/per night the wine and dine package could save 20-25% over the menu price. Using the 2 credit wines at signature restaurants and you would have to drink only 1 bottle every other day. Also, I can't imagine you couldn't share a bottle with another party at your table not on the plan. I spent about $55 w/tax on a 1 credit New Zealand Sirah at Narcossees, so I would have come ahead on the plan (but I don't think I would have wanted wine on 8 nights of my trip!).

The wine and dine plan is per room, not per person.
