Hi,

If I prebuy my tickets from the Universal website or undercovertourist and I misplace them between now and my vacation, am I just out the cost of the tickets? Of will Universal replace them and if so, what do I need to have to get them replaced? For example, for WDW you have to have the numbers off the back of the MYW tickets to get them replaced or a picture ID for an AP.

Thanks!

If you order directly from Universal Studios then it will be easy to replace. They will just pull up your order, void out the other tickets, and reprint new ones. If you buy them somewhere else they probably won't be able to replace them. Even if you have the barcode of the missing tickets, I suspect they might be hestitant to reprint those. Because if those weren't your tickets, they would essentially be voiding out someone else's tickets.

Annual passes, once they are processed at Universal studios or Islands of Advenuture can be replaced with no problem. If you lose them before you process them, they can be replaced if you ordered them directly from Universal. But once again, it would be almost impossible to do it if you purchased from a third party vendor. Once you processed the AP then it doesn't matter where you bought them, they can be replaced.
