Renting a townhouse in Winsor Hills

I am thinking of renting a townhouse from vacationcentralflorida.com. Has anyone rented from them? This is my first time renting a townhouse.

I don't have an answer for you because we're renting our townhouse directly from a private owner. Did you consider trying this? It may be a bit cheaper.

There have been quite a few who rented through them or ARE renting through them and they all have nice things to say about them.

My family stayed in a 2 BR condo last month through these owners. I posted a review here:

We just returned from our first Windsor Hills stay and absolutely loved it! We were lucky enough to get a 3 br, 3 ba townhouse just steps away from the pool/clubhouse area. The condos are the closest to the pool area, while the townhouses are across the main road.

The owners were fabulous to work with and their property was very clean, updated, and with everything we could possibly need. (We rented StoryTime #1) Tanya and Elias were great in communicating with us at anytime and Elias suprised us as we were leaving Fri. morning by coming over to introduce himself and ask how are stay was. (Turned out they were down and staying right across the street)

The boards here are a great source of info including a short cut from Windsor Hills to the Disney parks, which we thought actually was a shorter trip than when we stayed at Disney resorts.
