Hi there!
Making our reservation through renting someone else's points. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE GET TO STAY ANY WHERE OTHER THAN A VALUE. :cool1:   :cool1: I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion for a room/building/view request. I've never even been on Beach club property, and have no idea what to ask for. Its myself, my sister and my son who are going, and he will be a little over 4 years old when we travel in Sept/Oct. Proximity to transportation would be fantastic, and I kinda figured a first floor would avoid steps/waiting for an elevator. Those 2 things are way more important than what I see out my window in my opinion. HELP!! I need suggestions! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

IMO, BCV is not a very BIG property itself and not very strung out. So, I don't think too many rooms will feel like a huge trek to anyplace vs others. In all my stays I have to say I NEVER get the veiw I request, so I quit requesting them. I used to request 'fireworks/Epcot' view.......I always ended up with a quiet pool /canal view. Last year we decided to QUIT asking for a view, you'll never guess what we got......yep, a 'fireworks/epcot' view. We do however request a higher floor, as I'm sure some request a lower floor. IMO, you don't usually have to wait for an elevator for very long at BCV...except for ONE DAY one of the elevators was out for most the day. Other than that, we've never really had an issue.

We have always liked the Quiet Pool view. Overall it is a nice view all of the time but especially at night.

I would actually have to agree. Although the first realization that I had that view, I must admit I was a little disappointed. While we love watching the fireworks from our balcony, that's the only time we really ENJOY the 'fireworks/epcot' view. Sometimes the road noise can be bothersome when trying to enjoy a quiet afternoon on the balcony. Whereas when we've had the quiet pool view we've spent MANY afternoons watching people coming and going, people in the pool and evenings on our balcony just enjoying the night and all is has to offer.
