DOES ANYONE KNOW IF CANADIAN MILITARY CAN BOOK THROUGH SOG?

refers to "Foreign military assigned to a U.S. military installation only."

I am advised that only foreign service members on active service within the US are entitled to stay at SOG or get an overflow rate. You will be required to provide proof (ie. US ID card and orders) of service with the US. I believe Disney is fairly strict on who gets these discounts.

Only if they are assigned to a US military facility at the time of the stay (military exchange program for example).

This would make sense. The facility is owned and operated by the U.S. Military. It's not Disney offering a "perk" for military service.
