View Full Version : How to Link Swan Reservations?

[I posted earlier but didn't see it on the boards so sorry if this is a duplicate.]

I have two separate back to back reservations at the Swan and I'd like to link them together so I don't have to change rooms. I read somewhere that I can e-mail the Swan concierge for special requests like upgrades if available. Does anyone know the e-mail address of the Swan concierge? I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask if they can link ressies.

Call the 1-800-227-1500 and press 1. Talk to reservations. They will do it. JUst have both the resservation numbers ready. If you have any problems let me know. Also, go to the bottom of the FAQ located on this site, to help increase your chances of an upgrade. Click on the links below. Good luck!
