In September 2007 we were able to use a counter service credit for 2 bakery items and a drink at the Main Street Bakery in MK. Is this still possible with the 2008 rules? What about the French bakery in Epcot? Do they allow this?

We did Main St...had to do the cinnamon roll and we absolutely used snack credits.
Don't know about France...

Sorry - Rope Drop - the opening of the park. I got my answer elsewhere though - basically, "no" - not enough time - if you're off to one of the popular rides.

Main Street Bakery - I do not know about the counter service, but it is a great place to use snack credits.
Farnce - They only accept counter service credits, no snack credits are allowed, I believe you can get two pastries & a drink if you wanted though for a counter service credit, probably not the best use of it though.

There is a whole list of things you can get with snack credits at the bakery in France in the sticky of "2008 Confirmed Snacks included in the Dining Plan".

There was a post a few weeks back from a lady who used her CS credits at the Bakery for breakfast. I think it's still allowed, but only based on that. My personal experience is from October 2007 - so isn't too relevant.
