Welcome! This is my 2nd trip report but my 1st pre-trip report.

Our dates are from March 29th until April 1st.
So, 4 days 3 nights.

Our Resort? Port Orleans Riverside
Plenty of ADR's and every park!

So, you may not want to know, but how did this vacation come to be?

Well, the answer?

As this trip will be my spring break vacation, I got to choose.

Here is how the delightful conversation occured.

Mom- Pick a place to go for spring break
Hollywoodhaha- Uhm, I don't know mom, Disney World?
Mom- Okay.
comes back 10 minutes later..
Mom- what parks?

I about had a heart attack. COULD SHE BE JOKING?! SERIOUSLY?!
Our last trip to WDW was May-June 2007 and I thought we would not be going back for a few years as I just started high-school and they dubbed me "Too Old" for these baby rides, especially at the Magic Kingdom.

I in response replied- All of them?
Mom- okay.
I come out a few minutes later to see them looking at hotels!

GASP.

But, i learned after, my dad decided not to go.

SO, IT SHALL BE ONLY

Me, My Sister, and my Mother.

Holly(14)- That would be me, hollywoodhaha. I love pirates, am a freshman in high school, and my favorite disney things are pirates of the caribbean, alice in wonderland, and peter pan. My goal for wdw is to ride space mountain for the 1st time! I'm somewhat of a chicken of rides that are no big deal yet I hop on to rides such as expedition everest. I don't understand my mind either.
I have somewhat of an anxiety attack before rides as I swear that I have a roller coaster phobia. Hello, and welcome to my trip! :yay:

Jenn(21)- a few weeks after the trip she will be turning 22. Will ride anything other than mission: space as it made her sick last time around. She is my sister and people say we look like twins even though she is 7 years my junior.
She is the brains of the operation. Her job was booking the hotel and ADR's and such..sigh. On the dis she is JENNSASTAR

Mom(age?Unlisted or Unknown:rolleyes1 )- She has to get a beer which is why she hates the magic kingdom and loves epcot. More understanding about my wdw obsession more than my FATHER. :mad:
She rides everything which is really frusterating to me :snooty: .

Choices..

Okay so pretty much we have stayed at port orleans french quarter, Contemporary, Polynesian, Coronado Springs, and Animal Kingdom Lodge. My sister has also stayed at All-star music. I say once I go deluxe theres no going value.. :dance3:

After a LONG time, our choices went from Swan, Caribbean Beach, and POR.

Swan? Too expensive..sigh.
CB? Under construction
POR? seemed perfectomundo!
I still wanted AKL or WL but those were booked..sigh.

After a few days I made this countdown poster that I will be using starting March 3rd.

Now, right at the moment, me and my sister's favorite disney resort resturant is Boma. We ate there last year when we went and we both found it deliciouso!:love:

This time around, we booked:

March 29th: Biergarten
March 30th: Boma
March 31st: Boatrights

It all seems very yummy!

We are trying to accomplish going to every single park by doing about 2 a day.
There isn't much that we want to do at MGM [excuse me..] Hollywood studios. [I will be calling it MGM from now on. I am used to it].
As, I am a chicken. I refuse to ride rockin roller coaster and tower of terror.
This time I may ride RNRC but I may chicken out right before we are seated just like last time.

My whole familys favorites are test track.
Mine is everest, though.

Hi, I saw your link when you posted in my TR. Sounds like you're going to have a great time on your trip. It's coming up quickly. I love the pictures of you and your sister, you do look a lot alike. It's fun to get mistaken for twins when you're really not.

What is it about Rock'n'Rollercoaster that makes you nervous? Is it the upside-down parts? It's a lot rougher and bumpier than Everest but the backwards part on Everest is harder to take than the loops on RNR, at least for me. I think you would be ok on it if you can ride Everest. It is more intense but not too much more. Just keep your head back during the launch. (I don't want to talk you into anything you're not comfortable with though so only take my advice if you feel up for it). :)

The thing is for me, I want to ride everything, but tower of terror, but I start to imagine the worst.
I can't actually help it, yet once I get off I say 'LET'S GO AGAIN!'

There is only 20 days away and it seems like every day goes by more slowly.

Things keep arriving in the mail and the anticipation is amazing.

My memory card is broken :headache: so I am ordering a new one with more memory :thumbsup2 .

I will have photos of things in the mail and such once that arrives from amazon.

But, for now, i'm sure most don't like reading things quite as much but like PICTURES.

I got it at Hot Topic.
Thats where I get most of my disney couture necklace's and tops.
that's also where I got the jacket.

Once you go deluxe, you can't go back. That is how I feel.

So, today, actually less than an hour ago we were sitting around looking at resorts. Mom decided she doesn't want to stay at the port orleans riverside. You know, the resort we booked 2 MONTHS Ago!

Well, none of us really wanted to stay there anyway because it is a bayou and we don't like woodsy things.

So, what do we do?

WE BOOK THE WDW SWAN RESORT!!!! :rotfl: :wizard: :dance3: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Now mom decided she doesn't want to eat a boatwrights so I think we are trying to switch it to coral reef.

Mom is under the assumption that we are doing it her way and going to epcot every day.
NO WAY J'OSE!


Well, the thing we don't get, is that the swan, a deluxe, is cheaper than POR, a moderate. Woah, whatever.

We have always wanted to stay there.

Mom is also excited because now we are in a deluxe again with a flat screen t.v. and room service that has stuff other than pizza :rolleyes:

So, 12 nearly 11 days left.
