We are going on our first land/sea vacation in October. Do they ever offer codes for these packages? If a code comes out for the land portion can you apply that to your package or would they need to be two different reservations rather then one?

The Land/Sea packages are booked through Disney Cruise line and not through CRO like the land only rooms/packages/tickets. It is a whole different reservation system/company. So the codes/rates you see here will not be able to be applied to a Land/Sea vacation.
Now, I suppose it is possible that Disney Cruise line could come out with a special rate or code that could be applied, but as far as I can tell that is extremely rare.
We went on a Land/Sea in May 2007 and had a blast. When I planned that trip it seemed your best bet for getting the best rate was to book as far in advance as possible. The prices go up as the date of the package grows closer.
Have a great vacation - we did!
