An article that appears in todays Sentinal talks about Orlando airport testing new security equipment - likening some of the technology to the X-Ray machine that Arnie walks through in Total Recall. Only thing is the real machine uses low level x-ray that shows you in your birthday suit....

Seriously, I'm sure they'll think up a way of introducing this so that everyone's modesty remains in tact. Whatever it takes to be as safe as possible......

erm....would the guys all take a deep breath as they walked passed?!:D

mind you all us girls (of a certain age) would definitely have to invest in those uplift pants and bras!!!:rolleyes:

worse than that - a friend of mine does charity work in Israel and Palestine - he just got back from the area 3 weeks ago.

As you can imagine in the current climate, security is extremely tight - he and his colleagues were stripped searched each time they entered the airport. I would have been mortified, but he says it's become quite commonplace in Tel Aviv airport for all foreigners to be searched this way.
