We have 5 full days and a 1/2 on the day we leave.

We want to do US/IOA Sea World and Aquatica.
Is there any special order you would do these parks in. We will be staying Oct 30-Nov4 We sill be staying at HRH.
Are Saturdays and Sundays busier?
Between US/IOA which park can we do in less time? I am thinking about doing that park on Halloween day and then finding something to do that night.
Any suggestions for Halloween night? Our children are too young for Horror Nights.

This is the Disney Planner in me coming out. LOL

I'd suggest starting off with a full day at IOA (hit Seuss first for the kids) and then the next day at US. Sea World and Aquatica on days 3 and 4, followed by UO "greatest hits" on day 5 and whatever you can squeeze in at UO on your departure day.

This way you leverage the relative relaxed pace of the UO on site experience for both the first few days and last two days of your vacation, with your trips offsite sandwiched in between.

This is the Disney Planner in me coming out. LOLSince you're staying onsite, the crowds will not be an issue so it really won't matter which day you do either park. Which ever park is hosting HHN this year (assuming the Studios) that park will close around 5pm like last year.

I would suggest doing Sea World on Halloween since they have a fun kid friendly celebration that night. I'm sure the kids would love it! :thumbsup2
