new friend needs help

I have a friend that is new on here, i am not going to mention a name because i do not want to set her out. LOL, i have tried to explain to her how to send a private message, could someone else try and explain it here and hope she reads it or i can send to her in a private message, she can get mine but i am not getting hers. thanks

You use to have to post ten times first, before being able to P.M. someone. Sounds like that may be the problem. He/She needs to post ten times on threads here, then see if she can P.M. you.

She is also has to be logged in. If she is mostly reading the boards, she may not realize that she is not logged in. Tell her to check the Welcome box at top right of the screen.
