I'm trying to register for VMK but when I enter my email for the username, it tells me that the "Member name I have chosen is already used". It's my email! Is there some way to get around this or will I not be able to play VMK now? :confused: :mad:

If you used that address for any disney website (sounds like you did) then just log in with that email and password. Dont register new ;)

If your already registered on any Disney site, then log in with that username and password rather trying to create a new account.

Ok, I tried that, but I didn't get a "Welcome!" thing, or anything like that. I don't have a character yet, I haven't started VMK, so what now? Am I supposed to be seeing something?

Now it's saying this!!

"Your e-mail address, member name, last name, or birthday does not match our records. Please enter the E-mail Address, Member Name, Last Name, and Birthday you used when you registered."

I used the email I use on disney.com (normally) and the last name and password but IT'S STILL NOT WORKING!! AHHH!!!!!!!!

It is possible that someone faked an email address when they made a second or third VMK account and it just happened to be your email address.


Do you have second email address you can use? You can go to yahoo and create a new email account there for the game, then come back to VMK and sign up using that email account.
