Who did you use for Makeup and Hair?

I used about face and they are WONDERFUL, I had to do makeup and hair twice that day because we had MK Pics at 5am and wedding at 12 Noon. I would recommend About Face. :cheer2:

I used Patricia LeJeune and was very pleased. I liked the natural-but-still-made-up look I got, and she uses real airbrush makeup, which lasted 18 hours! She also did an excellent job on my hair. Oh, and her prices are very reasonable! www.lejeune-pca.com

Hi Lurkyloo,

I just checked out her website and I love her work (plus your pictures look fantastic!)-the natural, but made up look is exactly what I'll want. Her prices looked very affordable! How early in advance would you suggest I book her? The big day is still a year and a half away, but I'm gathering my info now. Also, would she do her work in my hotel room? We are planning an Escape package and I'm not sure that comes with any sort of prepping room.

Yes! She came to my room. I believe there is a $50 travel fee - but it's soooo worth it. I think you could contact her now but then check in with her occasionally to stay on her radar. She's popular with Knot brides, so I say the sooner you book her, the better!

And yes, there is no prepping area included for Escape or Wishes weddings. You have to book one separately, and it's $$$...

I just got my contract from Patricia in the mail and to say the services listed was all wrong would be understating it. I left her a message last week regarding it and haven't heard back. I think I am giving up on her........

I am sorry to hear that because at this point everything needs to be going right :confused3 I wouldn't wait to long on her but I would give her another call then if she doesn't respond I would start looking somewhere else Good Luck
