Please explain them both - and the dress code for each.
Would DH need to dress up for either?
Is the tea something men enjoy also?

Slacks and a nice button down shirt would be appropriate attire - nothing fancy.
I enjoyed the high tea, and saw many men there doing the same.
The breakfast buffet is simply wonderful. They have a buffet line, plus you can order a main course from a number of different selections.

Was there a charge for either? Which did you enjoy more?

The High Tea is FREE except for any cash gratuity which you choose to leave. The Brunch is $10 per person plus any extra gratuity you wish to provide.
Here is a great review of the High Tea:

And also a review of the Palo Brunch:

The dress code for the Brunch and High Tea is listed as "Resort Casual". This means that you may see people wearing shorts and tennis shoes, but people will still be wearing clothes that are neat and clean. Khakis (whether shorts or long pants) and a nice collared golf shirt along with Docksiders seem to be the rule for men. For women, it's a nice occasion to wear a flattering sundress.

Do they offer the brunch on the Sea/Land package? We will have four days at Disney followed by 3 days at sea. The brunch sounds like something we might want to do since my parents will be going along with us and our 10 year old ds and I'd like for all of us to have dinner together every night but don't want to miss out on Palo's.
Thanks.....

Between Palo's brunch, high tea, and dinner I would choose brunch as the very best thing! Don't miss it!!

Brunch and high tea are ONLY offered on the 7-night cruise.
Reservations are required for all events at Palo, definitely book them the first afternoon.
