Haven't started THAT yet (and Egypt day is tomorrow.) Christopher has informed me that he wants to make a pillowcase into an Egyptian tunic, tie a rope around his waist, and wear makeup painted on his face. Now THAT's easy... guess I should have just let him deal with it in the first place.

Yes, it did snow here in 1977.. I was making snowfolk in Gainesville -- even snowed in Tampa...

Snow Falls on S. Florida
Bitter Cold, High Wind Turn Killer
The event also made national and international media headlines as well. And why not?!? It had never snowed, according to the historical record, this far south in Florida. In the record cold Winter of 1899, snow had been reported as far south as a line from Fort Myers on the state's west coast to Fort Pierce on the east coast, but never had it crossed the Everglades into the Miami region.

The surface weather situation over eastern North America set up a flow of arctic air directly to Florida. A strong, cold high pressure ridge, which had become a nearly stationary feature of January's weather map, had sat over the Mississippi Valley for nearly a week, its centre slipping into east Texas/west Louisiana on the 18th. Along the Atlantic Coast, a deep Nor'easter cyclone, born off Hatteras on the 15th, swirled northward to be over the Gulf of St. Lawrence on the 18th. Pushed by the great pressure gradient between the ridge and the cyclone, bitterly cold air from the Hudson Bay lowlands channelled southward to the Gulf States and into the Caribbean.

The residents of northern Florida around Pensacola were the first to see snow fall on the Sunshine State, receiving 1-2 inches (2.5-5.0 cm) on January 18. Frigid, gusty northwest winds of 40-45 mph (64-72 km/h) pushed the line of falling snow southward, so that by the end of the day, every weather station in north and central Florida had echoed the word: Snow. Tampa recorded its greatest accumulation to date: 0.2 inches (0.5 cm). Plant City measured nearly two inches (five cm) on the ground, and Orlando, Daytona Beach and Vero Beach confirmed falling snow or snow on the ground.

As for the wedding. The Maid of Honor or Matron of Honor is in charge of the bride and her dress.

We had both Groomsmen and Ushers, but that was because Mark had 5 guys he wanted to ask and I only had 3 girls. So we had two Ushers. Both the Ushers and the Groomsmen escorted the guests. The two Ushers also walked the Mothers up the aisle and then brought the runner back down the aisle.

It was very cute at the reception when the one Usher asked Mark's Grandmother to dance during the bridal party dance. :)

This is too funny. When you have a cat whoh as been in a collar for a whole week, and you take that collar off, they become VERY obsessed with cleaning themselves. He spent an hour giving himself a bath....at which point I had to put the collar back on b/c he was chewing on his paws.

Here's one small part of his cleaning frenzy!!!
He concentrated on this part for a good 10 minutes!! :rotfl2:

OK..here's a bonified cruise question.

What is the dinner schedule for the 7-day Western? You know, what night is the Pirate night, etc. Can anyone help me out? I can't make reservations yet for Palo because I'm last on the list....not a return customer, no REAS(new one not worth it). I'm just curious if anyone knows. Or, when do we get to know this information? Seems like people only get their docs a couple weeks before the cruise. I'll be busting by then.

Thanks for your help.

Now that I finally finished reading 50 million posts, I can't keep my eyes open any longer......
I think there might have been some questions I could answer...but the brain is not functioning any more today.

Maria...the best we will be able to do is to guess at which days they will have Pirate night, etc. It's not ever posted ahead of time...at least not for 100% sure. But they should stick to the same schedule as any other Western.

Jared's echo went well. I couldn't tell if the tech seemed concerned about anything (of course, they don't tell you) because I couldn't see his face, he had his back to me. But he didn't seem to spend any extra time in any one spot. It was really fascinating to watch, and the guy was great. He showed Jared his stomach, his liver...all kinds of stuff that he didn't have to do. And, he gave Jared a great picture of his heart to take to school. So we'll just have to wait for the follow-up with the cardiologist.

Next time I drive a carload of LOUD girls......earplugs....that's all I'm saying.

Gotta go to bed before I fall out of my chair here.

Amanda, thanks for the update on Angie. Glad to hear the surgery went as expected.

A question for the medical professionals about my nephew. He got a whopper of a migraine night before last, so bad that they actually took him back to the emergency room. I know that's to be expected after a head injury, but would knowing the common migraine triggers, and avoiding them for a while, help him? He ate a huge portion of smoked barbecue right before this happened, don't even know if that's a trigger.

Hey, OM. I checked out your Netflix page, pretty cool! Now wondering what mine looks like. I've got one for you, but I'll just tell you what it is. It's called "Spellbound", it's a documentary about spelling bees, and it's great. Another one coming out soon is "Mad Hot Ballroom", about a bunch of fifth graders learning ballroom dance in NYC. Should warn you, though, your kids will want to take ballroom dance lessons after you watch it.

I'm not a doctor, but I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

Actually, though... smoked BBQ often gives me a migraine... if they use liquid smoke (which in some cases is loaded with MSG), it will definitely trigger one in me... just a thought.

See now, if you'd move to Florida, where it's WARM, pants wouldn't take up so much of your vacation budget... Christopher hasn't worn pants (LONG pants, that is) since at LEAST March, and won't for at least another month or two, if at all. You'd be surprised that it takes relatively few pairs of jeans when you only need to get a kid through 3 months a year.

Wow, slow posting afternoon. Unusual for us. I just got done with running, at least for the next hour. I get to watch the beginning of Survivor! But only the beginning. :confused3

Did school pick-up, new pointe shoe pick-up, dinner pick-up, then sat in the studio parking lot for an hour sewing elastic and ribbons on the pointe shoes. New record for me, got it done in an hour, and didn't stab myself once! I usually bleed all over the new shoes. I'll go back at 7:30 for one final pick-up for the night.

I just love it when Kevin is out of town. Of course, I will be getting even next September!!! She will be a couple of months shy of being able to get her provisional permit then (and thus able to drive alone). Otherwise, I'm sure he would just let her use my car!

Time for Day Two Part 2 of Food and Wine.

My plan for the evening was to try the seafood and red wines….As you will see, I partially completed this task. First to CANADA for the Maple Glazed Salmon with pecans. Another one in the running for best of show. I wanted to save the Inniskillin Ice for later. (Hint – never save until later.).

Then, just to show willing and tried the Sauteed Shrimp with lime and ginger chutney but no florida wine (made that mistake last year. The shrimp was ok. We really need better entrees from Florida.

The Smoked Salmon with Irish Soda bread and Kerrygold Butter from IRELAND came followed by the Peppered Mackerel with Cucumber Salad from SCANDINAVIA. (DH had the chocolate cake from Ireland and the Rice Cream from Scandinavia, and cheese soup from Canada).

The Shrimp Seafood Stew from Singapore was wonderful and the best thus far. I think I paired that with a Shiraz. Sam wanted the Aussie Beef Tenderloin on a skewer and I was ready for desserts. But the Chocolate Macadamia Nut Dream from Australia was (not so good)….The Reisling was quite nice, but I did not lie the dessert tort format. I was expecting a “cake”. That sorta ended my dessert experiments.

So off to Italy where Sam sampled the Sicilian Pepperoni Pizza with Olive Crust and the Placido Pinto Grigio.

Where was I – need you ask – at the CHAMPAGNE Booth for Fairy Tale. The perfect way to end the day….our Anniversary at that....

wow. thought i'd come home to a ton of posts, but it was very quiet in here today....

kids had piano, then had to run errands...bank, dance store, trader joes (nope, they don't have the wine although i was too rushed to ask---didn't see it in the sparkling wine section or the endcaps) then we went to see charlie and the chocolate factory at the dollar theater...that's definitely one we will buy.

out to dinner at flyzoli's and then finally home.....

kids are tucked into bed reading. survivor will have to wait until tomorrow.

:hourglass Okay, not like it's too early or anything, but we decided to stay at Ron Jon's Resort on Thursday and Friday before the cruise. We stayed at the Radisson last cruise, but wanted to try the resort. We also got a really good deal on a one-bedroom suite. So, can we convince anyone else to stay? We should at least do a meet somewhere on Friday.

Possibly, depends on how far it is from Daytona Beach. We've decided that the night before the cruise, we need to try the place with the rock shrimp that Jim is always talking about. So we need a place to stay up that way. I could check a map, I guess.

Today we go and pick up Lisa from Camp Harmony. This is a camp put on by her school and she has been there all week.

Even Sharon will admit it has been really nice not having to do any running all week. Sharon has been working a little late and then curling up with a book. It's like a little vacation. To bad it ends today.

Guess we will have to continue the mini-vacation at WDW this weekend. We start at All Stars Cafe to watch the MSU vs OS game Saturday afternoon. Followed by dinner with Mike and Joan at the Yachtsman. Spending the night at PO. The kids will have free run of the parks Saturday night while we eat.

Sunday is F&W.

To bad we won't have our Video Ipod to watch TV shows while standing in line for Soaring. :rotfl2:

Good Morning - Have a great weekend at WDW --- As for the NOT TO BE MISSED list you asked - I would say:

Rairy Tale --- you knew that one was coming
Festival Welceome Center - try the Anniversary Chardonny.
And at the USA Beer - try the 10th Anniversary Beer - it is qite good.

My favorites for the Best of Show - (I still have one more day to post but) are:

Chilaquiles in Mexico- the Coconut Seafood Soup in Singpore and the Curry Chicken in India.

Runners up are Both entreees at Chile and everything in Ireland!!!!

Have fun.

I actually looked at Ron Jon's and did not have the magic touch as there was no "good deals" going - but that was before the gas increase. I shall try again..thanks for the reminder. OK, here's my kareoke Friday song. With all the rain going on around here in NY, this is perfect....RESCUE ME (or build me an ark)

Rescue Me
or take me in your arms
Rescue me
I want your tender charms
'Coz I'm lonely and I'm blue
I need you and your love too

Come on and rescue me
Come on baby and rescue me
Come on baby and rescue me
'Coz I need you, need you by my side
Can't you see that I'm lonely
Rescue me

Come on and take my heart
Take your love and conquer every part
'Coz I'm lonely and I'm blue
I need you and your love too

Come on and rescue me
Come on baby and rescue me
Come on baby and rescue me
'Coz I need you by my side
Can't you see that I'm lonely
Rescue me

Rescue me
Or take me in your arms
Rescue me
I want your tender charms
'Coz I'm lonely and I'm blue
I need you and your love too
Come on and rescue me
Come on baby and rescue me
Come on baby and rescue me
'Coz I need you, need you by my side
Can't you see that I'm lonely

Good Day Sunshine
(Lennon/McCartney)

Good day sunshine, good day sunshine, good day sunshine

I need to laugh and when the sun is out
I've got something I can laugh about
I feel good in a special way
I'm in love and it's a sunny day

Good day sunshine, good day sunshine, good day sunshine

We take a walk, the sun is shining down
Burns my feet as they touch the ground

Good day sunshine, good day sunshine, good day sunshine

Then we'd lie beneath the shady tree
I love her and she's loving me
She feels good, she knows she's looking fine
I'm so proud to know that she is mine.

Good day sunshine, good day sunshine, good day sunshine
Good day sunshine, good day sunshine, good day sunshine
Good day sunshine, good day sunshine, good day sunshine
Good day...

In honor of wedding weekend, here's my Friday Karaoke pick....(a search for "here comes the bride lyrics gave me this!)

Oh, here she comes now.
And she looks so...so...
HORRIBLE!
(scream)

Here comes the bride!
Here comes the bride!
Here comes the bride!
Here comes the bride!

She came waltzin' down the isle,
in a dress so torn and vile.
The man of her dreams was a nightmare too!
As she gave a shreak and a gastly smile.

(The Bride of Frankenstein)
Who we talkin' bout goul's?
(The Bride of Frankenstein)

The preacher said, "Speak up now, or forever hold your peace."
Well, Dr. Frank opened the latch and held up a piece
he forgot to attach!!!!

(neah neah neah neah,
neah neah neah neah neah!
WHOOO)

Here comes the bride!
(The Bride of Frankenstein)
Here comes the bride!
(The Bride of Frankenstein)
Here comes the bride!
(The Bride of Frankenstein)
Here comes the bride!
(The Bride of Frankenstein)

Your's Cruelly came in basic black,
with gift-wrapped witches curses.
The wolves and hounds bayed merrily
as the guest arrived in hearses!!

(The Bride of Frankenstein)
Who we talkin' bout goul's?
(The Bride of Frankenstein)

A delightful chill to the awful swamp
periced us to the heart.
The bride broke down in tears of joy.
Well umm...actually she...fell apart.

(neah neah neah neah,
neah neah neah neah neah!
WHOOO)

Here comes the bride!
(The Bride of Frankenstein)
Here comes the bride!
(The Bride of Frankenstein)
Here comes the bride!
(The Bride of Frankenstein)
Here comes the bride!
(The Bride of Frankenstein)

Lady: Mmmm there were some yummy guys catering the reception.
Elvira: Yeah too bad the living dead ate 'em! And they didn't even save ME a
piece!
THE PIGS!!
Man: Uhhhh this ice chest is a mess, excuse me. Could you move that brain and
pass me a diet soda?

Here comes the bride!
Here comes the bride!
Here comes the bride!
(The Bride of Frankenstein)
Here comes the bride!
(The Bride of Frankenstein)

Sewn together for a wedding,
who's that gal that we're all dreading?
She's so pretty...green and pale.
Who's that nightmare in the veil?!

Yeah! That's the one! Yeah right! Uh!
The Bride of Frankenstein! DUUUH!!

Well, I was too grumpy for Friday Morning Karaoke, but I've gone from being grumpy to being hungry... so...

Hum-dum dee-dum hum-dee dum-dum,
I'm so rumbly in my tumbly.
Time to munch an early luncheon,
Time for something sweet!
Oh, I wouldn't climb this tree
If a Pooh flew like a bee.
But I wouldn't be a bear then,
So I guess you wouldn't care then!

Bears love honey
And I'm a Pooh bear,
So I do care,
So I'll climb there.
I'm so rumbly in my tumbly,
Time for something sweet!

I don't need a pot of honey.
I'd be grateful for a platefull.
When I'm rumbly in my tumbly,
Then it's time to eat!
It's the tasteful thing to do,
Be it ten or twelve or two.
For anytime is food time
When you set your clock on Pooh time!

Bears love honey
And I'm a Pooh bear,
So I do care,
So I'll climb there.
I'm so rumbly in my tumbly,
Time for something sweet to eat!

Not sure if I'm jealous of him or mad at him....

Mike's brother was driving up from Atlanta for the rehearsal tonight. Was supposed to leave between 7 and 8 am. Called at noon and gave me some sort of sob story about how his general manager at Subway was out of town and how he had to get paychecks for ppl or something (did the guy rush out of town today? if not, Marc should have known he'd have to deal with this) Anyway, he's missing rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.

It's pretty typical when it comes to Mike's brother though.

Sounds like my brother who, while I love dearly, never can be counted on for the big things in life... on the day of my Grad school graduation, he calls me as I am walking out the door to go to the ceremony (which was 1 hour before it started) to tell me that his dog is sick, and that he won't be able to make it to my graduation. HELLO... he lives 2 1/2 hours away... shouldn't he have AT least called 3 hours ago??? (The ceremony was only 1 hour long... it's not like he was 'running late'.)

This was just 5 months AFTER he missed the only Christmas that I had ever hosted at my house for our entire family with a different lame-o story that he passed on to me via a phone call from my mother.

I don't usually hold a grudge, but this one doesn't seem to escape me. He has already pretty much backed out of this Christmas at my house... the rest of the family is driving 1400 miles to be here... but not him. (He will definitely make it here for the race, though... cause you KNOW that's important.)

Sounds like my brother who, while I love dearly, never can be counted on for the big things in life...

Sigh. Well, this incident is right on the heels of the member cruise fiasco. He called us on Saturday morning about 30 minutes after his flight was due to take off and said he had missed it. TOLD us he left his house 2 1/2 hours before flight time (around 6 am) and that it only takes about 45 minutes to get to the airport, but that the line for security was SO long that's why he missed it. The remainder of the day was phone call after phone call about his status..."i'm on stand by, i didn't get on, i'm on stand by, i didn't get on, etc etc" Grrrrr.

And since we're talking about family that misses important things....my sister never makes it to anything of mine that's big....my graduation, KT's baptism, etc etc....but you can be darn sure they'll make it to anything on the OTHER side of the family.....her dh's sisters graduation, her dh's neice's baptism, etc etc.

Oh well, ya can't choose your family.....

Exactly!!!!

And I'd LOVE to go on a cruise with my brother again. (Last time was in 1977) ... my sister and I cruised together a few years ago... a "mom's only" trip.

I think it would almost be easier if he and I didn't get along so great- we e-mail and chat back and forth ALL THE TIME... its just actually getting him to show up somewhere that's the problem.

Can't throw too many stones here - I threw a baby shower for my brother and his wife early while I was in town before the birth and then I was in a position to be able to fly to see my brother's son shortly after his birth. Fast forward 4 years to dh's sister's 1st child born this February...circumstances are different, our kids are older, John's in school and we haven't been back to Chicago in over two years and we weren't able to greet his newborn nephew. I briefly saw him on my whirlwind visit over labor day weekend. John hasn't seen him yet and no plans for the next year to head to Chicago at least until after graduation in May. I'm sure that's an extremely sore subject around his house - we've missed quite a bit of important milestones in his family due to geography, schedules, and finances: his father's retirement, the baby's birth, baptism, etc... I can't even get away to help my mom with her chemo and radiation appointments.

Although, his sister and her husband aren't too high on my list - one visit here in 10 years and that was just a quick overnight trip, we're expected to go up to Chicago then when we do - they're popping in for about 20 minutes and leaving for something at his family's house...HELLO, sil - your brother averages a visit about once every two years - you are at your husbands' parents' house several times a week...

oh well, it's true about chosing family and cruising partners...here's an extension of that quote....

You can pick your friends
You can pick your nose
but, you can't pick your friend's nose...

This is for our east coast friends and relatives - stay safe and dry!!!

If Noah Had to Build the Ark Today

The Lord spoke to Noah and said, "In six months I am going to make it rain until the whole world is covered with water and all the evil things are destroyed. But, I want to save a few good people and two of every living thing on the planet. I am ordering you to build an ark." And, in a flash of lightning, he delivered the specifications for the ark. "OK," Noah said, trembling with fear and fumbling with the blueprints, "I'm your man."

Six months passed, the sky began to cloud up, and the rain began to fall in torrents. The Lord looked down and saw Noah sitting in his yard, weeping, and there was no ark.

"Noah!" shouted the Lord, "Where is My ark?" A lightning bolt crashed into the ground right beside Noah.

"Lord, please forgive me!" begged Noah. "I did my best, but there were some big problems. First, I had to get a building permit for the ark's construction, but Your plans did not meet their code. So, I had to hire an engineer to redo the plans, only to get into a long argument with him about whether to include a sprinkler system.

"My neighbors objected, claiming that I was violating zoning ordinances by building the ark in my front yard, so I had to get a variance from the city planning board.

Then, I had a big problem getting enough wood for the ark, because there was a ban on cutting trees to save the spotted owl. I tried to convince the environmentalists and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service that I needed the wood to save the owls, but they wouldn't let me catch them, so no owls.

"Next, I started gathering up the animals, but got sued by an animal rights group that objected to me taking along only two of each kind.

"Just when the suit got dismissed, the EPA notified me that I couldn't complete the ark without filling out an environmental impact statement on Your proposed flood. They didn't take kindly to the idea that they had no jurisdiction over the Supreme Being. Then, the Corps of Engineers wanted a map of the proposed flood plan. I sent them a globe!

"Right now, I'm still trying to resolve a complaint with the Equal Opportunities Commission over how many minorities I'm supposed to hire. The IRS has seized all my assets claiming that I am trying to leave the country, and I just got a notice from the state that I owe some kind of use tax. Really, I don't think I can finish the ark in less than five years."

With that, the sky cleared, the sun began to shine, and a rainbow arched across the sky. Noah looked up and smiled. "You mean You are not going to destroy the world?" he asked hopefully.

"No," said the Lord. "The government already has."

Couldn't somehow your car get caught in a traffic jam around gametime - and it just happened to be detoured past the stadium???

the wedding is 30 minutes west. the game is 30 minutes east. seems like we're caught in the middle (ba-dum-ch)....

that would be one heck of a traffic jam!

I'm sure that's an extremely sore subject around his house - we've missed quite a bit of important milestones in his family due to geography, schedules, and finances: his father's retirement, the baby's birth, baptism, etc... I can't even get away to help my mom with her chemo and radiation appointments.

That makes sense. But my sister missed MY graduation from nursing school but yet a year later she flew home to see her dh's sister's graduation from nursing school (which was actually farther than mine) No changes in finances, number of children, etc. Whatever.

I think most of it is that HIS mom says "you WILL be here or else." whereas my mom says "well, if you can make it......" :)

I have no family left to speak of, so I don't have these problems. Kevin's family sees enough of each other at work every day, so we don't see them much either.

:rotfl2: You must know my mother and MIL :rotfl2:

My mother's key phrases are "If you have time...." It would be nice..." - "I know you're busy but..."

My MIL prefaces invites, "We know you can't come but, just wanted to let you know we were thinking of you..."

The only difference is I've had 38 years to read between the guilt lines with my mom and only 16 with John's mom...

Count us in for JB's the night before. We'll be driving down and then staying at a Marriott near the port.

I'm really impressed with the excitement of meeting at JB's before the cruise for Rock Shrimp. I think it's a great idea......

However, I want to make sure everyone is aware that JB's is 70 miles, 75 minutes from PC. From MCO it is probably 1 hr 30 minutes. From Vero Beach it is probably 2 hours.

Part of JB's charm is that it is out of the way. That is both good and bad.

Make sure you consider the distance when making your plans.

Kikipug, do you agree?

Hey everybody. I have been pretty absent this week. It has been a very busy week at work, after work with the kids, etc. I had two meeting this week at night and Ashley's first band concert, plus swim practice and extra band practices this week after school. They had their first competition last week and won almost every category. We have another band competition today, and then the big one next Saturday. Ashley had her first swim meet of the new season last weekend, and did remarkably well, considering she just aged up to a new age group. She improved on all of her times and even placed.

Well, gotta get going to get ready to go up to the high school and help the kids get ready. Have fun everyone.

Oh - or at a wedding they didn't want to be at. :)

Funny thing is.....we had a WONDERFUL time. It's usually like that, we fret doing something, but when it actually happens, it's wonderful! The wedding itself was beautiful. The weather was perfect (a tad chilly for a little girl in a sleeveless dress) The reception was great. Food was decent. Dancing was fun. The bride and groom looked like they were having the time of their lives.

The only thing I would have changed is I'd have taken some tennis shoes. Apparently, we had to clean up the hall at the end---get rid of all trash, clear tables, take down decorations, load vans, etc.....and my feet were killng me!

KT was BEAUTIFUL. Apparently she went to the spa that morning (she was up "before the stars were gone.") They did her hair, make up, nails, etc. They spent FOUR hours there! WHich may explain why between wedding and reception she was weepy....she was so tired, hungry, her feet hurt, her tiara was diggin into her head, her up-do hurt (40 bobby pins came out last night once we got home!!!) Once I changed her into tennis shoes, took out her tiara, and got her some food, her attitude changed and she was a PARTY ANIMAL!!!

Uploading a picture of KT...

Sofar, it has been very impressive. Have only had it for about an hour as of yet. It is all folder navigation based. 3x2¼ viewing screen is very clear, easy to see good detail of the pictures, has a zoom function for looking close, and once you open a picture the thumbpad allows direct flipping thru.

As far as size, it's not that big, about the size of a pocket pc or palm.

It is also a fully functional dvr with a remote, programs in the same exact way as a vcr, something else I've been looking for, and am looking forward to hooking it up and exploring that option.

It also can play mpeg-4 files, so I should be able to encode dvd's into it for travel watching of movies as well.

The only thing that is a small tradeoff is it has a 12 hour rated battery(upside), which adds a bit of weight(downside) to the unit, but that's negligable to me.

I needed to make some space (read: cleaning out dining room drawers) so I've been doing that between loads of clothes. Why do we feel the need to keep every piece of paper, every note.....every everything?? I had piles of left-over Christmas cards from the last four - five years. What did I think I was going to do with them??
And I thought Jay was the pack-rat in the family! What a mess.

JB's sounds fun...and good....wish we had the time to get there a day early. No can do. School ends on Friday, we are flying to MCO and staying there.

My mother doesn't bother with "If you possibly could....." she just doles out her list of demands.

Jared hasn't ever worn pants to school. The only pants he had were for the cruises. There's a very short time in the winter where he would wear the pants that unzipped into shorts....leave in the morning with them as pants, come home with them as shorts. But this year, apparently the jeans from Hollister and American Eagle are "really cool"....so he wants to not only wear long pants, but jeans...which he has never, ever worn.

We are home from F&W. It's amazing how long just a two day stay at WDW can feel.

First, let me say congratulations to OH on OSU. That was a good game. We enjoyed watching it at All Sprts Cafe.

Sharon and I did not make it to Wishes on Saturday night after eating at Yachtman's Steak House. The kids made it. We were in bed when they rolled in at midnight.

Today was F&W. This year nothing really stood out as best of show. Everything was good, but nothing really great. The cheese soup in Canada was probably the best food. We did have a Banfi look alike. I'll post a picture with details tomorrow.

While at the Florida exhibit I did pick up a bottle of the pina colada wine. Not for me, but for Diana. Kevin can bring it back with him in December.

Time to catch up on the posts.
