Sure send him over my DH cooks all the time and he is SO good at it
He gets home by 11 AM most days (goes in at 1:30) so he takes a nap and on the days I work till 5 he get the kids off the bus and makes dinner

so even when he is being a Jerk I try to remember that mostly he is a good guy

Last night he was just playing and than got in trouble cause as soon as dinner was over guess who monopolized the computer??

they are actually flying this time. dh booked the tickets while I was at work one night and got a HORRIBLE rate!!

So I, the awesome DIL that I am, watched went everyday to the site and priced them and I ended up rebooking them and saving them $280!! Now it's SW so they can now apply it to tickets to WDW!! smart girl! :thumbsup2 gotta love when you get the discount/voucher :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

That storm was so bad. There were stories in the newspaper for days about the cars that were ruined from the water damage. It was amazing to just sit there and watch the flood water rise.

That is so scary...my Mom said that when the last tidal wave hit here, it was very scary...fortunately we live on the side of the mountain, but I would be scared to have a home on low land during those types of disasters :( My Aunt lives near the ocean and her home has flooded so many times...it is a very beautiful area where she lives, just a bad place during floods and high waves.

I didn't have tonight off, but I called and asked if they really needed me (they've been cutting hours like crazy) and if they didnt' could I stay home instead :teeth: since the in-laws are getting here tonight.

well they did start to cut hours after Christmas, but then it got real busy. Now, it's getting to the slow season and they are only putting one person in misses each night. That is IMPOSSIBLE to do! One person can't get the sales floor looking perfect and keep the fitting rooms empty and put away.

So basically you work on the sales floor and have to leave the mess from the fitting rooms for the person who works during the day.. who then can't touch the floor or fitting rooms b/c they're too busy trying to put the stuff away that you couldn't do last night, and it goes on and on and on............ :sad2:
