That's what we hope to get for our house-or a bit more

but in GA,we hope to pay the same for a house twice as big as what we currently have :cheer2:

I just worry that the market is starting to slow down now and we really need to sell be August 1st-since school in GA starts around the 2nd week in Aug-ideally we would like to close on July 1st and be all settled in by the time school rolls around

DH is still sick -- it usually takes him longer to get over things with his diabietes but no more runs to the bathroom for anyone. I'm keeping my fingers crossed It misses me. I was the only one who got the flu shot though.... so we'll see if it really works

DH is like a little kid today. The guy is having trouble with his dozer and hasn't been able to get here yet. And now DH has to go to sleep because he has to work tonight. And it's like dealing with a pouty little kid....I don't wanna go to sleep....but my friends are gonna come over just when I get to sleep...I wanna go outside and play! :rotfl:

The boys and I have been cleaning and we're really getting a lot done for a change!!!

DH was supposed to have some grading done today and the guy is having problems with his dozer so he's not here yet. DH can't wait to get this done so he can start getting his greenhouse up. But the guy is only available on Saturdays. This is the fifth Saturday since they got it all planned, the last four we've had snow or ice. DH had to go to sleep a little while ago 'cause he works tonight so he is bummed!
