you know for along time I didn't, but when I started working at the hospital I started hanging out with my friend Jerry who is a few years older than me and he got me into drinking wine. You just have to pick the right one :thumbsup2

He really doesn't care, so it's just now making sure we get the days off at work and have pet sitters.

Hope Lyn is OK-they just showed Hawaii being hit with heavy rains and flooding on FOX News :worried: :eek: I don't watch the news....and it is nice and sunny where I am today. We live on the side of one mountain and I work on the side of the other mountain (dormant volcanoes)...so I am pretty safe from flooding...only one area on my drive through the valley gets flooded really bad....but if it was storming that bad (which is not too often) I would just take DHes truck to work.

Oh man....I finally caught up and have a moment and now I missed everyone :( and my smilies aren't working!

Kalya, I think that tofu is made from soy beans...our family loves soy beans and everyone but me likes tofu (very popular with the Japanese culture) ....but soy beans and tofu are great since they have a lot of protien. When we ate in Japan in Epcot my kids were attacking the soybeans and the other family at the table thought we were very odd...of course we are odd, but we are happy being that way :)

He just found out that the guy that is supposed to do the dozing for him is going out-of-town for the weekend. DH was figuring since the weather is supposed to be nice tomorrow he'd finally get that done. He does have a friend coming over, though, to help him get some other stuff going tomorrow. One of these days he'll finally get the greenhouse up!

If the guy you have coming out there is really good, you are better off waiting anyway. So we've decided to just work on the greenhouse and work on saving some $$$ and paying down a couple of bills!

We'll do some free stuff around here. The campground that our friends own, where I'm going to be working, has a stocked lake and the boys can fish there whenever they want. They really like that!

Thanks! I need to keep remembering that. Right now the budget isn't giving us much peace of mind. Seems a whole lot came at us at once and has really hurt us budget-wise. We haven't been in this position for a long time and, quite frankly, I don't like it! :teeth:

The lake is right there where I will be working. yes-I worked last night-actually took care of a really sick kid so I was busy from midnight on-he almost died from th same thing John Ritter did-but we saved him with no lose of function :thumbsup2

I haven't slept yet,but I'm not going to either so -Oh well :guilty: Sleep is overated!!! We have to do a concession stand at a big college BB game today in downtown Milwaukee-and our friends want to get there early so they should be here in about 10 minutes

and afterwards we are going out to eat-fun fun,wake me when it's time to go :rolleyes:
