Yes...weirdo  He was upset that I was enforcing our rules/policies and after I went above and beyond to explain and help him with ways to comply, he tried to explain to me about the local politicians he knows  asked me several times when I was planning to retire (I am 30 :rolleyes1 ...by then the guy would be in his 80s)..and then finally he sort of joking, but not, said don't step in front of his car...hint hint....this is how my coworker looked when she heard him ---> :sad2:
I documented it and told my boss. DH said I should have filed a complaint, but he seemed to be just bitter and more bark than bite. About a month or two ago someone else in my office was threatened by an angry man that told her he should blow up our office...they ended up filing police report on him...I also know we have had a retraining orders placed on at least two people in the past...so what's new right  sorry, time to stop complaining.... :teeth:

I don't worry about them together. They will be fine. I just didn't like the not know and worrying about who was going to pick her up and where was she going to be and DH was going to be several hours away.
But yes he has rearranged his schedule and he will be picking her up from school to start their Daddy, DD weekend together.
It was so sad. This morning DD was like "i'm going to miss you (in her saddest voice ever) :guilty:
I was like "you guys won't even know I am gone". I will get back on Sunday and you will look at me and Say "where you gone". :teeth:
They have a ball together. He does things that I don't do. I get home last night from my meeting and she says "I am going to tell Mommy". He was like "Why". So I ask "what do you want to tell Mommy". She said "WE PLAYED BALL IN THE HOUSE". :lmao:

Atkins. I know there isn't gonna be much there that I can have. I just checked out them menu. But that's ok! I've been really really really good this week, I'm gonna be really careful about what I eat untill we get there, and I'm gonna do extra walking and crunches to make up for it! :thumbsup2

Homemade fresh bread
Lets play word association....fresh bread is made with yeast
Just think yeast infection! :lmao:
(Yuck, now no one is gonna want bread!)
pasta
Spagetti and fettucini is easy....just think worms. Who wants to eat worms. Yuck!
baked potato
That's a tough one. But just think of how many worms crawled through that potatoe when it was underground!
And if that doesn't work, have a loaded baked potatoe! Lots of sour cream, bacon bits, and cheese. Load it up real high. But don't eat much of the potatoe, just eat the toppings 'cause you can have those on low-carb/Atkins diets.
mac and cheese
Ever eat mac and cheese when it was really, really hot and burned your lips on it?? Just tell yourself it'll just hurt you, you know it'll burn you.
If that doesn't work, make some with very little noodles...then just use a spoon to eat the cheese sauce and leave the noodes. You can have the cheese sauce on the low-carb/Atkins diet.
pretty much anything with CARBS :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
Okay, I'm stuck! :lmao:
Excuse me, I'll BRB. I need to go get something to eat.

Okay Tracy I checked and you can eat alot and not be too bad
the worst thing will be any Alcohol you drink
but as for eating
you can eat Popcorn the more butter the better
a WHOLE bad of microwave Popcorn is only 10 carbs so you can munch on that and not hurt your diet
Than I see they have a bunch of salads which while not carb free are OK
especially if you get one with meat in it like the cesear with added chicken they have listed
also my fave when i am at a place like that is one of the AWESOME Burgers just order it Without the Bun or if they won't do that just ask for a knife and fork and do it yourself
you will be able to eat a ton and still be a good girl on the diet
however if you drink well there is not much you can do about those carbs ;)

I think blue cheese is even lower in carbs than ranch, but lots of people don't like blue cheese. I love it!
They also have grilled chicken sandwiches and if you'd prefer chicken over a burger you could do the same think Kayla said to do with the burger, order without a bun or just take it off the bun!

Yesterday I felt like I had a little bit of a sore throat and the beginnings of a cold. Today I feel fine, though.
A friend of mine has been sick. She thought that she had the flu. I bumped into her in Walmart the day before yesterday and talked with her for about 15 minutes. Last night we were at a meeting at school and I sat beside her for about 10 minutes and across the table from her for about a half an hour. Well, she just called to tell me that she has strep throat!
So, do I run and get tested or wait to see if I get sick???? (Hey Kim - this would be a good one for you to field! )

are you leaving for school, or for your trip?
Trip :cheer2: - Skipping school today.
My friend e-mailed me with IMMMMMMMMMM REAAAAADDDDDDDDDDY
She has to drive up from Ft. Myers to my house and we will leave from there.
She is so excited to go so it should be a blast to share in the excitement with her.

don't worry-it takes 10-14 days after exposure to get sick,so unless she coughed in our face or you drank from the same cup-no worries,it's not that easy to catch

That's so neat! I hope you guys can sell your house really quickly so that doesn't hold you up! I remember when we had decided to move up here from FL. We sold our house and got all the info and we just wanted to get on with our new life. It was a really exciting time!

OK-I checked on the strep throat thinging-it takes 2-5 days after exposure to a person with it and it is spread by sneezing/coughing or sharing cups, utensils
so unless it was a little room that you were in-or it was a small table you sat across-you should be OK-as loong as you didn't shake her hand-good luck Kathy-but hopefully you should be OK :wizard:

DH just got back from town. We've had very strong winds all night but he said they've had worse winds in town. A friend of ours owns a plumbing business and DH said that the roof of the business has been ripped off! The winds are supposed to get a little worse before they get better, too! But it's supposed to calm down by late afternoon.

only thing we're having trouble with is a good church-we currently belong to a big church and it's really a big part of our lives,so I hope we can find one there, but not so many Catholic ones down there-tons of baptist and others but only 2-3 catholic ones

I'll keep that in mind if I start feeling yucky in a couple of days and if I do then I'll go get a strep test. She's on the downward slide of it and really wasn't sneezing or coughing much, just sounded yucky still. And, no, we didn't share any cups, etc. We were in the library at school and it's large and well ventilated so it's not like we were cooped up together.
Thanks for going and double-checking for me Kim!
