i'm not feeling to well....

They may close my school because of a janitor strike.

I am freaking out about leaving DD. This will be the first time. And DH is working WAY out of town. She is going to have to go home with a friend from school and DH is going to have to pick her up and now he thinks he is going to be late. :scared:

I am trying him to get leave early seeing how he has a long drive.

My Mom is out of town so basically nobody will be here if she needs them. I don't like that.

Than he has to take her to do cookie booths on Saturday. She had two of them but I am going to cancel one of them.

Very true. I would just feel better if he were going to be closer to home and would get her early. It is good for them to spend time together also. Just the two of them. A little Daddy and DD bonding.

My Grandmother just called to tell us that my Aunt has Breast Cancer. :(

They think they have caught it early on so she is in a good position right now. I guess they will know more later.

She will go in for Surgery on the 14th and than do 6 weeks of Chemo. Her DIL is a Nurse that works in a Chemo Treatment Place here in Florida. So I am sure they will keep her well informed of what is happening.

More of a reason for me to walk and raise money and AWARENESS.

Ladies people make sure you have a Mamogram. Early dectection is the key.


Please say a prayer for her. Her name is Arlene.

I just talked to Nana. Grandpa is going downhill fast.

I had offered to go up this weekend and she said no, to not plan on it right now. She feels we'll either be up there by this weekend for the funeral or if I went up I would no sooner get home and have to turn around and go back. :( It's so hard, but he has gotten to the point that he is suffering and all we can do is pray God takes him soon and he doesn't suffer much more.

Just saw your post about leaving DD. I was cleaning out some stuff today and I found a card that DS made for DH and I for our anniversary several years back. We were leaving them with friends of ours overnight and going to Gatlinburg. It was the first time. His card said, "Happy Anniversary, I love you, now go and have fun!" I'm sure your DD will do fine! But I also know how very hard it is to leave her!!!

My grandmother was 92 and died this past year. It's hard to know what to do. But no matter what you decide--always go forward instead of what if...and remeber you have you memories. I will be praying for comfort.

99 is not a fever,I don't even feel 100 is,we don't feel it's a fever at the hospital til they hit 101.5-so my kids school knows not to trry and send my kid home with a fever of 99-that's nothing :rotfl:

99 is not a fever,I don't even feel 100 is,we don't feel it's a fever at the hospital til they hit 101.5-so my kids school knows not to trry and send my kid home with a fever of 99-that's nothing :rotfl:

but remember-you both will be available by phones and it's not crazy to be only a couple of hours away-you could still reach her within a reasonable amount of time if needed-and hopefully your DH will be able to get done earlier so you feel better :hug:

I just talked to Nana. Grandpa is going downhill fast.

I had offered to go up this weekend and she said no, to not plan on it right now. She feels we'll either be up there by this weekend for the funeral or if I went up I would no sooner get home and have to turn around and go back. :( It's so hard, but he has gotten to the point that he is suffering and all we can do is pray God takes him soon and he doesn't suffer much more. :( :hug:

Lately, they have wanted to sleep over my DSIL's home with their cousins, so I have let them a few times...we leave their house around 9 and pick them up at 7...so they really are only playing and sleeping..and, we live about 2 minutes from her...it is hard for me, but the kids have fun and they miss us a little. I think that it will be nice for DH and DD to have daddy-daughter time and they will both appreciate you more when you come home. and, when your heart aches, tell yourself that over and over and over again ;) :(

Friends of ours own a campground and they've been wanting me to handle thier books. I finally went and talked to them seriously today and it looks like I'm going to do it. The money isn't as much as what I currently make at my regular job but I'm going to be able to work my schedule out around DH and the boys, I can take the boys to work with me, there's not going to be as much stress as what I've got now, I can watch tv or listen to the radio while I work and if I'm not too busy I can dis at work!

I'm still gonna keep my regular job but just at one day a week to ensure my position so if I need to fall back on it I can.

No real interview. (Luckily - I hate interviews!)

I am going to try to take DD there next

yep-I've never really got along with her since childhood,she was very mean and all that. But the other day we were at the pet store and saw 2 ferrets for sale for 55.oo-a big deal,since they where from a rescue,sweet little things-so I called her(since she likes ferrets a lot) and told her about them

so my Mom calls say my sister is there with the new HP movie-Ohhhh that's nice,but we aren't coming over do to CCD and TaeKwonDo tonight-but DD convinced me to stop by since we had 20 minutes before her class,so since it's on it's way I said OK......
