My DD got to play in another BB game tonight!!! She's one of 4/ 5th graders on the 6th grade team-and I mentioned this earlier,but the coach usually doesn't play them unless they're ahead by at least 10 pts-well last night she put my DD in for all of the 4th period-and lo and behold she scored a rebound basket!!! :cheer2: :cheer2:

I felt bad for the other 5th graders though -she didn't play them at all-but it was a close game all the way til the end!!! We only won by 4pts!

Of course! B/c they think they know what's best & then blame someone else b/c they didn't follow orders!! Drives me crazy!! I have an Aunt and an Uncle who are both Diabetic and don't listen to their Drs at all! Drives me crazy. You know you might have the same problem I did at first. Your modem needs to be changed by your service provider.

They told me to call the service provider and have them bridge my modem and turn of the dhcp.

I would call linksys and see what they say. They will probably run your right thru it.

It just won't get past asking me for the password, I know it's one of the last steps, but it won't let me past it. I tried not putting one, and it just stays where it is :confused3

I'm not sure what it is, b/c one time it got past the password, and it asked me for info I didn't have, so I had to call my isp and they gave me the info but they said my service might not allow it even with the info :confused3 I'll have to call Linksys and see if they can fix it. I knew you could do it.

You might want to log into the router and lock down the setting so that it is a secure site.


Your laptop should find a wireless connection for you and ask you if you want to connect to it.

I changed the name of my connection so I would know it was mine and not someone else's. And locked it down with password protection.

I think we've finally given up worrying about taking the nieces. :hug: It might be for the best...I go through this ALL THE TIME with my sister her and her two girls...I want to do stuff with/for the girls, but my sis doesn't always make it easy.

I talked to my Dad this morning...he wanted our entire family to go on the trip :eek: :duck: so, I am giving up on that one. I know already that #1 My sisters won't go unless my parents pay and I doubt they will pay for 14 people :rolleyes: and #2 my family wouldn't like what I would plan since it would be educational/fun activities for the kids/family and not outlet malls 24/7 :( oh well....

On the good side :goodvibes we found out that DH's job may reimburse us for a great part of his classes :cool1: and I have officially converted him to the dark side. This morning he was telling me that we are better off going to WDW instead of the extended family shopping vacation and he had all these wonderful reasons why WDW is so great :love: :love: :love:

Goodness DD Dentist office is state of the art in kid stuff. They had a separate screening room that looked like a mini movie theater. The other side of the lobby was a mini game room. So I got to sit and watch Finding Nemo while DD was getting her teeth cleaned. :teeth:

That had to be one of the hardest and SADDEST funerals I've ever attended....many of his friends were there, and several of them were former students of mine....so sad.... :guilty: I feel soooo sorry for his grandmother - he was living at his grandparent's house with his aunt and cousin (also friends with my son) for the past few years....

no actually I got it at Academy (it's a sporting goods store here in town) they have really cute tees and they don't cost much at all.
