We had DD school skating party today.

She did pretty good for doing it for the first time. Man it hurt me just watching her fall. A couple of times she did a split that looked like it hurt. :eek:

I had to go pick Matthew and Andrew up from the dance and help clean up. Matthew (11) was the little social butterfly! He danced all night and now he has a girlfriend!!! Andrew (13) was the wallflower and didn't dance all night. Alright, I guess I've put off posting the pic long enough. I'm not thrilled with the pic at all. They say the camera adds 10 pounds...I say 50! OMG I look soooooo fat! Anyway, it shows the hair cut. You can see it's layered a little and I really do like it. I got so many compliments at school at the dance tonight.

Thank you. I am definitely going to try coloring it this weekend. Tori recommended instead of trying to use a red color to try a golden or a "warm" gold of some type. That way it would look like golden highlights where the gray is but it wouldn't do anything to the red. I figure I'll give it a try!

I got the Clairol Loving Care this time. I used the Clairol Herbal Essences brand last time and loved the conditioner. But they didn't have a color that was close to what I wanted this time. So I went with the Loving Care.

it's absolutely terrible cold outside :cold: I hate when it does this-I know my kitchen sink is going to be frozen (the cold water spout)-it seems to do that everytime the temps get below 10 for a day or too-it's right up against the ooutside wall

I once screwed up coloring my hair myself...red...or some shade of plum :crazy2: and ended up trying to get it cut...the cut was waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy bad, so I had to go to someone else and the only way to even it out was to cut it less than an inch short :eek: looked o.k., but was a lot of work to grow it out and take care of it...too much work in the morning.

I think I may be done soon with my latest color :confused3 I am thinking I may either get low-lights to match my natural color and just keep some of the blonde as highlights or put a wash in the whole thing :scratchin I have a few more weeks until my roots grow more, then I will need to decide :duck:

Mine had his Duty weekend last week-they gave him the flu shot and he thinks it got him sick-No goof ball it uses deactivated/inert virus-so that's impossible-unless you get the inhaled form(which he didn't) that one uses the active form
