No. We usually go there to buy stuff we normally don't need like styrafoam soup bowls and lids for a dip n' donate were doing at church to raise money for the youth groups upcoming mission trip. That was a run on sentence. :rotfl2:

::yes:: I really tried not to get too attached to the other pups....we tried not to name them...but a few we did :rolleyes1 My kids were really great about it, but from the beginning they knew we would only keep two and they could each choose one. I am a sucker for animals...I always take in strays...most recently I may take in a duck if my coworkers mom moves in with her....both the mom and dad are elderly and not doing too well :guilty: but, it is a lot of work and so now I am not as sensitive as I used to be...plus, they went to nice families...like my coworker and his adult son, the pup is treated like a human baby there.... :teeth:

We have had great weather this winter, too. It has been in the 70's alot. When I was in Milwaukee you were having a heat wave. Of course in OK we get lots of 90 degree weather, but it was really hard on everyone I spoke to there because they were unaccustomed.

i am just worried cause they are saying cold tonight with the rain
which means ICE
and DH leaves at 1:30 AM

When DH was bathing the kids, DD was horsing around and slipped and hit the tub :guilty: Thankfully my DSIL was home so we dropped off DS with her and took DD to the ER. The doctor was really nice, 4 little stiches on the bottom of her chin. He said in 6 months you won't even be able to tell she had fallen. He also checked her chin bones / head ...the small cut was her only injury. Thank goodness she was o.k....but poor little girl had to be strapped down and given stiches :sad: :sad: :sad:

We made chocolate chip muffins for breakfast and she is eating those now with a banana.... :sunny:

put a stick thru the roof of her mouth
has a four wheeler flipped on her
and most reacent
tried to cut off her toe with a hatchet
4 stitches

all accidents okay except the light bulb
but still SCARY to see your child hurt

Erica my youngest has put us thru it more than once
ate a light bulb
put a stick thru the roof of her mouth
has a four wheeler flipped on her
and most reacent
tried to cut off her toe with a hatchet
4 stitches

all accidents okay except the light bulb
but still SCARY to see your child hurt

She was getting off our bed last year and split her eyebrow on the metal bed frame :guilty: I think growing up is harder on the parents...When DD was getting her stiches DH was with her and I stood by the doorway so she couldn't see me crying.... :(

When Erica got stitches in her foot she was 50 miles away
camping with my Mom and Dad so i wasn't even there

Last night we were at the MK riding the train getting ready to head over to Ft. Wilderness for HDDR. The parade is going on so we work our way thru the crowd and make our way down main street and out to the boats. I ask my Niece to put something in her bag for me and she realizes that she lost her DIAMOND RING in the last 15 minutes. :faint: :eek:

She is pregnant and her fingers were swollen so she stuck her rings on her pinky finger. Well I guess the swelling went down and she didn't realize it. :sad2:

OMG! I couldn't believe it. She was so upset and crying. Her DH was like "hey it is no big deal" It is just a ring. :love: He was so sweet but I could tell she was still heartbroken. Well we get to Ft. Wilderness and I run to the GS locations and talk to a them. They radio back to the MK and put out the alert. In the meantime she is like nobody is going to turn in a ring worth $5,000. It is gone I will never see it again. Her DH just keeps telling her it is not big deal and he will just get her another and he can ask her to marry him again.

Well they come in during dinner and tell us that nothing was found. But to keep checking back. I felt so bad for her. :worried: :(

Fast - forward to this morning. They get up early and head over to the MK to look around for themselves. They didn't find anything. :(

So they stop by lost and found on their way out just to check with them. SOMEONE TURNED THE RING IN!!!! :woohoo: :cheer2: :thumbsup2 She called us so happy. :cloud9:

We waited a total of about a 2 hours total. We had to stand in line to check ID than go thru and get in another line.

We were so pumped when we got off the ride we just walked straight to where we got the Landyard and left the store. We never stopped to look around. It was PACKED in there.
