I tried using my new camera to take some pics but they wouldn't let us use flash so i don't think they came out well


For something like that sometimes you're better off without a flash. A flash only works 10-15 feet and if the target is further than that then the flash screws it up. So maybe they will come out okay!

The boys and I are cleaning out clothes in their closets and drawers today. Then we're going "shopping"" in the attic. I've got lots of hand-me-downs packed away by size in the attic so they get to go pick out some "new" clothes. They love doing this! So that's what I'll be doing today!

So he made me sit on the couch and he covered me with a blanket. it was just sweet. When we left he gave me a hug and said I should go out with them again. :confused3

I give the outgrown clothes to our babysitter for her grandchildren/great-granddaughter....but somehow I always hate to part with some of the clothes....I see an outfit that is still like new (the kids grow so fast) or with memories and I hate to part with it :rotfl2: So, I invite my mom over and her has no problems cleaning the drawers and getting rid of stuff :rotfl2:

Believe it or not our bowling alley actually has bowling lanes....no bar!

It's not a dry county but they just don't allow "liquor" sales by the drink. You can go into a restaurant and order a beer or wine, but no liquor, so no mixed drinks.

That's why our town doesn't have many of the big chain restaurants, like Red Lobster, Olive Garden, etc. Because they won't come into a town unless they can sell liquor by the drink.
