Maybe because with Cory it is just normal activity that Darren sees. You only doing every now than for a reason - to deal with MIL.

When Andie was younger she used to get mad at us whenever we would have a drink she couldn't have. One time we were having a bbq & one of my uncles gave my mom a beer and Andie got mad, took it out of my moms hand and put it on the floor. :rotfl:

I started out at a about 2 miles for a couple of days than jumped right to 5 miles.
You should be doing other things besides walking. Because you other muscles need to be fit. They wanted you to do 30 minutes of something else like bike riding or working out on Mondays than tue and thurs. 5 mile walks than a day off and than more miles on fri, sat and sun. And as the weeks got closer the miles increased.
