I am on hold calling WDW lost and found..... hopefully they have our Pal Mickey we lost back on Dec 7th.

So, Lyn..... WDW still on for next year????!! I am trying. I have my one ADR set for DD's birthday and I have been watching for the Best Rate to come out and watching the airfare. My current game plan for the airfare is this: I have around half of what I need on AA to get one free round trip ticket...so this weekend I signed up for their credit card to get the free 15,000 miles and one companion ticket :rotfl: I hate to sign up for a card, right now we only have two...a Cabela's for DH and a Disney for me...but, if I can get one free miles ticket and then one free companion I will only need to pay for two tickets...which would help a lot if the fares don't come down. The other thing is this year a lot of our family gave DH and I $ as gifts...I was suprised, but it worked for me. I am waiting for one of my visa bills to come which includes our trip and Christmas and then I can see how much $ I have left after paying off our trip bill and Christmas.....so, if that all works out it is looking good for us to go at the start of May. My dad doesn't want to come now, so I think that will make it easier on us too....

We've been trying to decide all day whether to take our truck or van to PA tomorrow. I think we've finally decided on the van. It's so much more comfortable than the truck, but there are flurries in the forecast for Thursday night so we thought maybe we should take the truck since it's four-wheel drive.

Actually the truck only seats 5. DD will have her own car. But the truck just isn't nearly as roomy or comfy. I think we've decided on the van.

It wasn't my DD's ankle...it's my friend's DD's ankle. And she's about to drive my friend nuts. Yes, it hurts, but she is being such a baby and expecting to be waited on hand and foot!

Grandpa is doing as well as can be expected. He's getting daily chemo and daily radiation.

My sister applied at either Gap or Banana Republic last year during the summer (she is a teacher and wanted to take a break from teaching over the summer) so that she would have a parttime job while the kids were in classes/activities and for the money and for the employee discount :rotfl: I always thought that after I retire from the job I am at, if I still enjoy baking I would like to work in a bakery or supermarket....go in really early, bake and leave early in the day :cloud9:

actually he will leave the house than be at work for 2 and be done nromally around 10

He will be making more $$$ with this run and has wanted it for about 3 years
so when it opened up he jumped at it

oh by the way.. no keys yet!!! they have to wait for the water department to come sign off on the houses then we need the building inspector to come.. pray for the weekend or I will be homeless!

He will be going to Bed around 7 I cna't do that with the Kids

they are used to me headed to bed around 8:30 and are great about that but
7 is just to early to leave them on there own

The problem is once the alarm goes off I tend to wake up
so this week I have been laying back down on my couch cause as i have said before it just sucks the life out of me
so that will hopefully work

It will take us all a few weeks to adjust

I already told my Boss no more late nights for me
I have to be out of there by 5

My MIL got us all sorts of baking and cookware stuff for Christmas and then got DH some tools

I said looks like it is all for him cause HE loves to bake and cook and i so don't

No pre-made here. I've made two big pans to take with us to PA, one pan for my friend (whose DD broke her ankle) and I'm boiling the shells for the second pan for them, and then I'll do two pans for our freezer.

Then I gotta get packed, get the furry human (aka the "dog") to the spa (aka the "vet") and we'll be outta here!
