Morning all! Kathy I'm sorry you can't find your hamster! ours got out of the cage once and woke me up in the middle of night. Some how he found his way out of the cage, off the table his cage is on, out of the playroom, into the living room, thru the hall, under my door, and onto my book shelf, at about 2 am :confused3 I still don't know how a little hamster pulled all that off! :rotfl: But I'm glad he woke me up and I was able to find him right away!!

Ours got out of his cage when we went to Gatlinburg so he's been MIA since around the 10th. But we're still hearing him (we think) in the family room. And something is eating the food we're putting out and still leaving the little pieces of stuff that he would never eat! So we're pretty sure it's him and not a mouse!

i was suppose to work until 5 but someone went home sick and because i didn't check the schedule with coverage i ended up dtuck till 6 so
OK i could deal with that although DH was NOT happy


so at 6:05 the relief girl calls
Have I seen her DH???
she cant get to work till he gets home

Now some background

this is the SAME girls that had me stuck there till 10 one night after going in for 8 because she got arrested

then 2 weeks ago I got stuck there last again due to her cause she just didn't show up
later we found out she is on MEds and stopped taking them so she hibernated in her house for 5 days

We have a no call no show NO JOB policy at work but she keeps getting excused cause when she is there she is a hard worker
but when she calle dlast night
I called the boss who lives 500 feet from the store

I NEED to go home
DH needs to go to bed he gets up at 1AM tomorrow
well boss gets all snippy with me telling me to calm down

do more work than anyone other than BOSS
and am always getting stuck doe to this girl

so I said does she get a free ride AGAIN

WTH is right. Why is okay to baby some and take advantage of others? That I will never understand. If we keep giving into them they will never grow up. Trust me I have some of the same.

Nice. 32 and 3 kids. Yep I agree you didn't realize there was a problem before you were supposed to be AT WORK!!! If DH was not home before the time I was supposed to leave for work I would have started working on a plan for the kids or called in to work to let someone know I was trying to get there. DH doesn't think her job is important enough to try and be home or let her know that he is going to be late for whatever reason.

Well it is the GREATEST stuff. Some kind of bite size toffee stuff rolled in almonds. I can't keep my hands off the stuff. :blush:

The bad thing is there are bite size so you just keep popping them in your mouth.

Okay BOSS FIGHT STORY


i was suppose to work until 5 but someone went home sick and because i didn't check the schedule with coverage i ended up dtuck till 6 so
OK i could deal with that although DH was NOT happy


so at 6:05 the relief girl calls
Have I seen her DH???
she cant get to work till he gets home

Now some background

this is the SAME girls that had me stuck there till 10 one night after going in for 8 because she got arrested

then 2 weeks ago I got stuck there last again due to her cause she just didn't show up
later we found out she is on MEds and stopped taking them so she hibernated in her house for 5 days

We have a no call no show NO JOB policy at work but she keeps getting excused cause when she is there she is a hard worker
but when she calle dlast night
I called the boss who lives 500 feet from the store

I NEED to go home
DH needs to go to bed he gets up at 1AM tomorrow
well boss gets all snippy with me telling me to calm down

do more work than anyone other than BOSS

I am hoping for today....she isn't so "happy" anymore....I don't think she is in pain and she is not crying.....but she doesn't wag like crazy or get up when I check on her...If the puppies aren't here by Friday morning (we think her due date is tomorrow) I am going to take her to the vet...I really hope it doesn't come to that, but I rather her have a surgery on a Friday then need it on Christmas when the vet has plans....not to mention the other vet at their office is his wife, so we would be out two doctors.

I decided to stay home...I am still nausuas (sp) from the bug and tired from being up during the night to check our dog. I was supposed to have off on Friday...so I swapped it for today instead. Which is fine, I feel better being here with my dog anyway...and of course, I can DIS from home :teeth: My sister called earlier...she works for the same place I do, but a different section of it and she took off Tuesday and today since her kids are out of school...so I sort of feel less guilty about days I took off....she convienced me it was so big deal ;)

DH thinks it may be one or two tonight and the rest in the early morning hours...he reminded me that these things take time :rolleyes: uhh, no all I remember is Patocyn (or however you spell that thing :earseek: )...looks like her water broke and the contractions are less than 5 minutes apart....poor baby is getting there and is still not complaining, just waiting like the rest of us.

Well, when I was prengant for my first and we went to the classes and where about what comes out after the baby...he tells I should see what comes out of a pig that just gave birth to a dozen piglets or something like that....he was going on about the size and weight, blah, blah, blah. So, after I have DS I ask him, Was watching me the same as a pig? He said no, he was worried about DS and I and didn't have the same feelings for the pig. :rotfl2:
