Wish I had time to post some pictures of our trip!!! It was a great trip!!! hardly any crowds-with only 20min waits except for one ride-the safari ride at AK-it took 1hr40min!!!! and the clock out front said 60minutes!!! Oh well-not too bad!!!!

When I was about 6 my parents were building our new house and sold the old one about6 months before the new one was ready so guess where we all loved
5 of us lived in a camper the kind that goes on the back box of a pick up
and it was winter
we moved in on Christmas Eve to the new house

No I am sure it was a PITA for my parents but it is one of MY best childhood memories

just trying to say that while it may not be the best staying in a hotel for a bit
could be and adventure
can you make the new house owners pay for it since your place isn't ready by the promised date??????????

We got some great ones!!! I took over 200 pictures while we've been gone!! And about 180 of them are from Disney-even after editing them each night so I wouldn't have over 500!!!! :rotfl:

We of course didn't have time to go look-We arrived just as DS was landing-I saw his plane land-and we only had to wait about 1/2 an hour til he got up to the gates

But we ddrove right by the area-it's about 30 minutes from the airport and I've done a lot of reasearch about the area-so we're pretty sure it will be in the Douglasville area-but only time will tell for sure!!!

I am trying to look at it positively!!! we found a hotel for about 300 for the week!! It is close to my work!! has an indoor pool for darren(so he will be happy)

trying to make the guy pay!!! he might just post date or lease to make it ok.. so if we move in on jan 6th, he will sign the lease jan 17th so we have a few weeks free there!!

Back to the SIL/BIL--I guess BIL is convinced that my DS popped 3 holes in the liner-said he heard my DH telling him not to take something into the water cause he might make a hole-Duh!!!! We watch our kids so that wont happen!!!

Anyways........Well now BIL is convince that same DS broke the knob to their ancient stove top when he was playing with the dog -says he had a ball and it bounced onto the stove and hit the knob-DS says he never bounced a ball to the dog-Dog is too little to bit a ball and he doesn't chase things around- plus the stove is so old-maybe it just broke when my DH-or SIL turned it on-No!!!! my DS had to of broke it(sorry for the vent)

Well when we were leaving -BIL told my DS he should apoligize to his Aunt for breaking the knob-DS just looked at him like he was crazy-he's just lucky I didn't hear him say that to my DS or we wouldn't be going back to visit

Yes they went away for the weekend to see the lights in Dollywood and when they got back the Hamster had gotten out

Yeah it was okay. Really crowded. The Iowa and Florida Football players were there for the day. So there was a lot of media people around. DH rode the new Roller Coaster. Said it was great. DD got to spend time with her cousins that she had fun. And I was out of the house so that was fun.

Where have you been little missy? Acting like a crazy woman with my crazy DH :rotfl2: On Tuesday, my coworker and I are talking about cleaning/organizing our home...and I said I don't have enough storage and my family has so much stuff we want, but can't find a place to store. So, Tuesday night DH and I are talking and I suggest that we convert part of "his" garage/work area to a recreation room and storage. At first he wasn't too sure, we built the room to be a home for his bikes and such....but they got sold long ago. He went downstairs and took a look and realized with all the kids bikes and kids stuff there, it wasn't a man's garage anyway :rotfl: So, we were up on Tuesday talking about what we would do (my kids haven't been taking naps at the sitters and have been sleeping early). On Wednesday I mention I may go to Lowes to look at some stuff...well, he is so excited he picked me up for lunch and we looked around. Then, he went back home and took measurements for me and then came back to town and we picked up a ton of stuff and last night stayed up to almost midnight cleaning out the garage. He is going to power wash it today and then work on framing some doors....my coworker thinks we are nuts....she was like, "how do you have the energy" :rotfl: :rotfl:

I am so happy though, the walls are already finished, so we are going to add a couple doors to close off the area and make a storage area for ME :teeth: under the stairs and then lay down some flooring and assembly our cabenits and then we will have a cool hangout for DH and his friends and for the kids. I am going to put my luggage, decorations, papers, kid's projects, emergency supplies, old books, etc. under the stairs and I will have space again upstairs and won't be afraid for my life when I open closets anymore :cool1:

Fly continental! when we went in July the lady next to me was flying to Orlando from Hawaii :teeth:

I just checked and AA is offering Maui-Orlando at $685 until March 5 (was in the $700+ range)...so maybe the fare sales are starting :cool1: I hope so...
