I hated it!! I had to miss soooo much school (which I really didn't mind) but when I got back there were all kinds of rumors about me, that no one knew what really happend.

well that's good! I thought my camera had broken, but I took Kellis advice and rubbed things on my batteries and they charged right, & now my camera works!! I'm sooo glad I didn't throw the camera away :rotfl: I was gonna take a pic of the tree yesterday & just when I was getting ready to do it, the tree fell TWICE!! :rotfl2:

the weekend was fine. I had to take Andie & my nephew to a b-day party for my godson yesterday, and it seems like that took forever! we were at the bowling alley all day long! then I was gonna take a picture of our christmas tree and it fell over TWICE :rotfl:

only without the blue circle behind the dog and
the lettering will be in a banner curved over the top and bottom

We designed it using the BIG DOG from the shirts FIL always wore

he will get little stuff from the girls

yeah I know getting it on the small of your back (which is where I want my new one) is supposed to hurt pretty bad, near bone, and especailly the under side of your arms are supposed to be the most sensitve places.

We had a very nice day.

We went to the hospital first and saw my friend and her daughter. The boys have grown up knowing her daughter and I'm glad they went to see her. They had never been to visit anyone in the hospital before. They showed us the xrays of her ankle and UGH! :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: One DS and I were just standing there hoping breakfast didn't come up! It was shattered!

Then we went shopping and all the boys wanted to do was to pick out stuff for other people. They didn't want to look for anything for themselves. :love: They really had fun and really got into choosing just the right gift for each person.

Then we went to McD's for lunch. Then we picked up some lunch for my friend and went back to the hospital. We had picked out a pair of sleep pants for her DD that had wide legs so that she could get them over her ankle. She was so happy and they fit perfectly.

:rotfl2: I did about three or four yesterday and have one going now....I think this is my last one for the weekend :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: I LOVE my washer and dryer...they are not the nicest by far, but they sure can handle a beating :love: I hope they last forever :love: :love: :love:

If was so funny, I usually wash in cold water but was using hot since everything was yucky and we actually ran out of hot water :earseek: We have a solar water heater and usually have so much sun and don't use much so we never run out....but it was a little cloudly the other day and I did so many loads we ran out. I was taking a shower in very cold water and when DH saw what I was doing and then went and turned on the electric part of the water heater :rolleyes: so then we had hot water again :blush: My first thought was, duh, I should have asked him to do that first....my second thought was about Kayla and her family jumping into a freezing lake :earseek: I think the only way I would jump in a frozen lake was if a life depended on it...other than that, no way....too cold for me :cold:

We traditionally put ours up the weekend after Thanksgiving and leave it up until after New Years. Usually it ends up staying up til around the 10th of January 'cause I'm too lazy to take it down. :rotfl:

Furniture is moved
area clean vacumed and rady for tree stand is even in place
Garbage all taken out and put in Dumpster for pick up
3 loads of laundry done and
all the dishes in the house done

DH surprised me and took the day off work to take the boys Christmas shopping. DH is usually a shop on Christmas Eve or the day before Christmas Eve type of guy so this is a real shock. And I've got the whole house to myself and it is SOOOOOO quiet.

So much for the bubble bath. They just got home. Now I have to stay in the family room for a while so they can get everything hidden upstairs. :rotfl: Then maybe I'll take a bubble bath!

I love my family...but sometimes my sis is too much. She sold her house and now she, her DH and kids live with my parents and are building a new house really close to my parents, they bought a property nearby. We are a construction kind of family so they are literally building it themselves. My dad likes to eat lunch early (I am talking around 10:45 and my sis doesn't buy lunch until around 1 or 2:00!) and my mom doesn't complain, but I know she is exhausted from watching my nieces...so, usually each weekend when we can we go up there and I bring lunch for everyone and I watch the kids (mine included) to give my mom a break and DH helps my DBIL and dad with house. Well, yesterday I couldn't go up with DD sick and DS had a little runny nose, not bad, but I wanted him to rest. So, I put ribs in my slow cooker at 2:00 in the morning when I was up with DD and then at 5:00 or so in between being on the DIS I made rice and Christmas cupcakes. DH and his friend go up to my mom's to help my DBIL and Dad and take the food. I tell them to eat early....well, they had to wait for my sis to come home from shopping until after 1 p.m., there were an additional 2 or 3 guys that came and she didn't even bring more food :earseek: and she didn't bring out the cupcakes either...poor guys were so hungry by the time they ate and their wasn't enough food :guilty: and then, as my DH and his friend are leaving she sees them leaving and tells him something about getting my slow cooker, which I think she was too lazy to get....then, last night she dropped it and it broke and they threw it away :sad1: I loved that crockpot and I got it for a steal at around $14...I don't think they make it anymore and the new ones are too fancy for me...She apologized and offered to buy a new one....but I am just so disappointed with her...and not only about my slow cooker since ***** happens, but with the way she is sometimes....sorry, long vent. I have been looking for a replacement of my simple 4 -qt. cutie and haven't found one yet :guilty:

Dh took the girls shopping for me last week
it is all in a box in my room and they are trusting me not to peek
so far i have been good but......................................

Wow! He has a real name! I was actually starting to get concerned about the fact that we all have husbands with the same first name...DH! :rotfl:

I love my family...but sometimes my sis is too much. She sold her house and now she, her DH and kids live with my parents and are building a new house really close to my parents, they bought a property nearby. We are a construction kind of family so they are literally building it themselves. My dad likes to eat lunch early (I am talking around 10:45 and my sis doesn't buy lunch until around 1 or 2:00!) and my mom doesn't complain, but I know she is exhausted from watching my nieces...so, usually each weekend when we can we go up there and I bring lunch for everyone and I watch the kids (mine included) to give my mom a break and DH helps my DBIL and dad with house. Well, yesterday I couldn't go up with DD sick and DS had a little runny nose, not bad, but I wanted him to rest. So, I put ribs in my slow cooker at 2:00 in the morning when I was up with DD and then at 5:00 or so in between being on the DIS I made rice and Christmas cupcakes. DH and his friend go up to my mom's to help my DBIL and Dad and take the food. I tell them to eat early....well, they had to wait for my sis to come home from shopping until after 1 p.m., there were an additional 2 or 3 guys that came and she didn't even bring more food :earseek: and she didn't bring out the cupcakes either...poor guys were so hungry by the time they ate and their wasn't enough food :guilty: and then, as my DH and his friend are leaving she sees them leaving and tells him something about getting my slow cooker, which I think she was too lazy to get....then, last night she dropped it and it broke and they threw it away :sad1: I loved that crockpot and I got it for a steal at around $14...I don't think they make it anymore and the new ones are too fancy for me...She apologized and offered to buy a new one....but I am just so disappointed with her...and not only about my slow cooker since ***** happens, but with the way she is sometimes....sorry, long vent. I have been looking for a replacement of my simple 4 -qt. cutie and haven't found one yet :guilty:

I really like it since it is not too big, only has two settings and NO TIMER....one of my rice cookers has a timer that always messes me up so I don't use it. I rather wake up and turn in on myself than mess with the timer and risk it. :teeth:

On our last two litters we had more people that wanted them than we had puppies....so I think we will probable give some away again...it was nice, since we could pick who we gave the dogs to. We will definetly keep at least one, but I am hoping to keep at least two males (if she has boys). If, by some odd reason noone nice wants any puppies, I am prepared to keep them all...we have a really large pen and the space so that is no problem. This is our last set since I am taking my female dog to the vet....I feel so bad for her all big and tired, I can relate :guilty:

I was 30 years old before I got mine. And I don't regret it at all. Matter of fact is that it is now a part of me. I love it.

And would love to get another one on my other hip and one on my lower back.
