Yeah, but I can still drive to all those things instead of being able to walk to them. And I have all the advantages of country life - wildlife right outside our door, views that go on and on and on, being able to raise animals (we have chickens but have in the past also had pigs!), letting the kids play outside and not worrying about strangers (okay, so I still worry but not as much as when we lived in the city), knowing everybody in the community. I could go on and on. I just love the country life so much more than the city life. Hopefully in the next year we'll add one or two horses to our family - couldn't do that in the city! :teeth:

I already do, and it's only a 5 minute drive to Burger King, Taco Bell, KFC, Arbys, and other fast food. Not to mention all the sit down restraunts. We have a McDonalds and a Wendys right in town.

OK my dd's are back from their dads. We pick them up at 6:30 at mcd's and their dad did not feed them... UGH!!! Then we get them home and feed them... they have had baths already..(SHOCK SHOCK). put them to bed.. then dd6 gets up and ask me if their are brown bears here... she has never done this before... i wish i knew what went on at that house... both of them come home with infected ****oos i will be glad when either they decide they dont need to back home or if they do get to go home.... this back and forth gets hard on all of us

We just started to get things ready-I bought some rain ponchos yesterday(89 cents at Target) and I bought a travel bag(like a fanny pack) that I'll use in the park-smaller than a purse and more secure

I'm back again-I had to stop in a new Dollar Tree(Grand Opening) and picked up some ponchos and glow in the dark necklaces(three color ones) for the kids-I'm starting to get ready-which amazes me!!!!!
