Well, Tracy's interview went well and hopefully next week we will hear how it went, but maybe not since she is without cable, phone and internet until their new place is hooked up.
Kelly has a shower tonight.
Kelli went out with friends to talk about the walk.
Kephanie was up for a while and her foster sweeties went to see their dad.
Kim is here tonight.
We were all upset that the others didn't appreciate Kayla...oh wait, that's you :blush: I haven't gone back to the poll thread but I thought...well, I should not say what I thought but I hope it gets better, if not stay here were we love you and appreciate you :love:
and I am doing more shirts. :earseek:

It was at 11 today in the Gerald Solomon National Cemetary
it is a Veterans cemetary and they were have a veterans day ceramony and her school got to sing the national anthem and God bless america also do the pledge

it was great but COLD only about 15 student were there but they did a great job

it was really touching watching all the WW2 Vets as honor guards

You're right...it isn't bad where I can't walk or I cry or suffer...just uncomfortable for a day or two
...once I had a lump...boy did I get that thing checked out...thankfully it was nothing.

my Grandfather was there and he is a WWII vet and my uncle a vietnam Vet and
DD was so proud of them she was telling everyone than they played taps and she just couldn't stop crying but is only 10 so kinda confused why she was so emotional

I said that her feelings were Natural and OK
she just kept hugging everyone in uniform and saying thank you for my life the way it is

I saw a few of the guys tear up
but I have raised them to realize that our way of life came at a price and people are still paying it

That is so true and so wonderful that you DD is appreciative. My DFIL is a Vietnam Vet. I was just saying early how it would be very difficult for me to have DH, DS or DD go to war...I hope my children never experience it but I am so thankful that there are people who do serve and protect...not just the military but even police, fire...like Kephanie raising children that need her so much but sometimes leave, I couldn't do it, but I am glad there are people strong enough who can.

Well Thusday night was fun
we went to my nieces 2nd birthday party
where my MIL and SIL informed us they weren't coming to DD"s party now
SIL i understand they will be out of town at her inlaws they only see them a few times a year but MIL she is just doing it to be nasty to DH
well he called her up and told her how upset DD was so i guess not she and her boyfriend will be coming on Sun
oh what fun :rolleyes:

I'm getting ready to head to Asheville for the day. We're going to meet a couple from FL. My kids have grown up calling them Grandma and Grandpa. They are visiting some of their friends in SC and we're all going to meet for lunch in Asheville. They are both in their 80's!!!

It's a 2 hour drive to Asheville so I better get dressed and get on the road.

I hope to spend some time around here tonight!

It just burned out. So I would say close to 3 hours. And there isn't any wax left in the dish. I thought it was pretty good. I love the smell.

That is how i feel when i am off and dh is working... he works nights and when i am home during the day while he is sleeping i dont like to clean .. scared to wake him up.. lol... or is this just an excuse...lol :rotfl:

I have seen them at Wal-Mart, and Target for around $6.50. That is the glass holder and one candle. I got mine at Sam's Club today for $9.14 it included the glass holder and 8 candles.

Netzero or Netscape. You only get 10 hours a month free but it will get you thru the next couple of days.

Boy do I miss all you guys! This past week has been so hectic I've hardly been able to be on here. And I don't see the next couple of days getting much better either! I have to work tonight 4-11 and then be back in tomorrow morning 8:30-4 and then DS13 and DS11 have a band concert tomorrow night!

If I don't get on here much today I at least want to say hope everyone has a super Sunday!

I feel the same way.. there is not enough time in the day to get everything done!!!

we are starting to go through three years of stuff here.. get rid of things donate others and pack stuff we won't use!!

We don't know when we will be moving but we will be out of here by jan 1st..

but before then we have thanksgiving, wdw, and hopefully our new nephew will be here by the time we move!!

We went to Asheville yesterday and it was the most beautiful drive. On the way back we stopped at a scenic overlook with a "little" walkway!

Most of the trees around us have already lost their leaves but the fall colors were abundant at the lower elevations!
