Yes and he(she) added the purple. My DS wanted to watch Mulan and then fell asleep in the middle...but DD watched the whole thing and then wanted to watch Mulan 2...she is next to me now on a pillow with a blanket...I will be in so much trouble with DH tomorrow :earboy2:

Yes, in 15 days we leave :teeth: It will be a long flight, hopefully they will be entertained by DVDs and then fall asleep. I hope DH doesn't get jet lag too bad or he will be a grump. I am usually o.k. I can sleep a little on the plane and then I am READY TO GO....not DH. Of course, I don't think it is better/worse than driving...either way it is a long journey.

yes, but he usually takes them in the morning to school and feeds them breakfast. I have a longer commute so I wake up earlier, fix their lunch and get ready...right before I leave everyone is up and I kiss them goodbye...so if they aren't up and ready to go DH will be late to work......oh well, if it is really bad tomorrow maybe I won't go to work and I can take them to preschool when they wake up and then sleep when I get home.

We leave here around 4 in the afternoon and arrive at around 11:00 a.m. which I think is 6:00 a.m. Hawaiian time. Hopefully they will not take a nap that day and sleep early which would be during our long flight...if it is a night like tonight ( I would insert the head banging smilie again but I am too lazy to look for it)

It is only really DD and it has only been two days...hopefully at school tomorrow she will take a normal nap. I thought she would sleep through the night last night but woke up. Tonight, we were visiting my mom's and my niece woke her up :rolleyes:

My sister and I were talking about this today, I am not ready for them to enter the dangers of the world....I love them each day, but your right, it has been going by way too fast for me.

I used to be really good at driving on the freeways and giving directions...then one year we went to California and I was doing horrible giving DH directions, so now he drives most of the time. Ironically, when I got glasses (I don't need them legally to drive but I wear them anyway) I got much better at giving directions.....It is so funny how it is easier to tell someone what exit to take when you can read the signs :rotfl:

I hate buying them. They fit alright when you try them on but get them home and wear them for awhile and you find all the problems with them.

I think back to July of last year, before the LTP thread. I was sitting in the waiting room of the Hospital waiting for my DD to have surgery on her arm. I look over and see the computers in the corner. I log on to the DIS and start a thread for PD & P for my DD's surgery. The responses poured in. People I didn't know where thinking about my DD at that time. It helped pass the time and make me feel good at a time when I was at rock bottom.

I was reading back at all the discussions on making friends and getting through difficult times with the help of the DIS and the LTP and I have to say that all of you have helped me stay sane! Really, if I didn't have here I would be so bored and unhappy at work and hate coming....I love my coworkers, but we are just slow right now. Like today, DH was telling me to take the day off and I told him, "that's o.k. I have a meeting at 9 and then I can go on the LTP." so work isn't so bad. And, like last night I could talk with Kim and Kayla when my kids wouldn't sleep (and I read back all the super posting you guys did which was very entertaining) and I was more tolerant and patient with them...since I was occupied too. Other than the kids videos and an occacional DVD when I walk, I don't watch much t.v.....the LTP is my soap-opera. So thanks everyone :love:

oh, and I think the thing that is funny about life here is that the little things are important...like what did Tracy find in her closest? What did Kathy find in her basement? How were the ribs Kelli's mom made? How was the dentist for Kliz? Is Kayla feeling better? How is the 3 year old at Kim's work? How was Kelly's day at school, did any kids get paint on their shirts? How was Jake's cruise? What happened to Kethanie, she just disappeared? Why is the server so darn busy right now? :rolleyes:

Yep that is exactly how I feel. Some days I am super busy at work and other days not so busy or not so pressing.

I have found a wonderful group of people here. NEVER in my Life did I think that I would be on a message board sharing my life. NEVER in my Life did I think that I would meet someone that I met over the internet. It just isn't done. But it was so cool when I finally meet Kathy in person. She is a super wonderful women and her family is incredible.
