1/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla Extract
1 cup chopped pecans
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 teasp. vanilla

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 375 deg. F.

In a medium mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 teasp. vanilla. When mixture is smooth, spread into bottom of pastry shell. Sprinkle cream chese layer with chopped peacans.

In anotehr medium mixing bowl. combine eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, corn syrup, evaporated milk, and 1 teasp. vanilla extract. Whisk until mixture is smooth. Pour mixture over pecan layer.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes until set in center.

NOTE - I use a deep dish crust - It makes a lot of batter.

Here is another that is really good, but very sweet.

Butterfinger Banana Cake

1 Package Yellow Cake Mix
2 Med. Ripe banana mashed (about 1 cup total)
3 (2.1 oz. each0 Neste Butterfingers Candy bars.
1 container prepared white frosting

Preheat oven to 350.

Grease and flour 13 x 19 in baking pan.

Prepare cake mix batter according to package directions; stire in banana and 3/4 cup chopped butterfingers. Pour into prpared pan.

Bake for 40-50 min. or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Frost Cake - Sprinkler with remaining chopped butterfingers.

yeah we did, we did the old dream maker platinum plan, it was pricey but well worth it!! We had soo much fun, now my mom is saying if/when we go back she wants to do it again :rotfl:

I bought some bras at JcPenney's yesterday and forgot to use a coupon for $10.00 off a $50.00 purchase. So I took them back today and re-bought them using the coupon. So I got $10.00 back.

Than I had a coupon for a free bottle of V.S. Purfume that I got off the Budget boards.

Than in the mail I received a coupon to receive a free pair of V.S. Panties but they didn't have them in yet.

Believe it or not, I don't think that's it. I'm not ready to go back yet. I just want to get back to normal life, no planning, no packing, no unpacking...etc.
