When is your blood test? If it is first thing in the morning, could you eat and drink early, before the 10 hour time slot and then go to bed and eat breakfast after your test. If it is later in the day, I don't have any advice.

DH traveled today and won't be home until after dinner and I helped my DBIL co-worker the other day, just to help, but she sneaked a Walmart gift card to me while I wasn't looking. I am thinking I could pick up some stuff to make goodie bags for DD and DS classmates tonight for Halloween....The kids could help me do the bags.

I don't need to do that, my co-worker does it for me. After I lost a bunch of weight I bought some new clothes. After the weight loss, we are the same size and we like shopping at the same store so my theory is she always buys candy and keeps it on her desk so when I walk by I will eat it and gain back the weight so she can have my clothes. If your bored, I have a story. Today was picture day at the preschool, so I left clothes out for DD and DS so DH could get them dressed in the morning after I went to work. DD's outfit was a new one. I went to pick them up and the price tag (which was about 3" X 2") was hanging out the back of DD's butt. The teachers thought it was so cute so they left it on for me to see. I had to laugh, I told them DH got them dressed and to school, I couldn't ask for more. :rotfl2:

Yup they were mostly blood pressure and med checks cause DH and DD are on the new meds
and they are sending me to a nerologist cause these headaches never really go away
and are blossoming into full blown Migraines way to often

DH just got done, so I think I will try to walk a little tomorrow before work. I put DS to bed just at 9:00, but he got he out of the bed about 15 minutes ago and is up with me right now eating yogurt! At this point I will just try to keep him settled until DH is out of the shower and everyone is ready for bed. DS better wake up for school tomorrow or I will be in trouble. :guilty:

When your on photobucket-Edit the picture and go to 50% then the picture will be small enough to post

but you did remind me i need to find the next class

as much of a pain as it might me

if you use it only once it is worth it


DH had just taken his first aid class for a new job (never went before)
and learned the correct himlyic ( however you spell it)
and 2 days later DD (4 at the time) started chocking on a piece of food
and it got lodge
my FIL just sat there scared dodn't know what to do
but thanks to that class DH dislodge the food and she was fine

It is good knowledge :flower: -I have my BIG recert coming up next week-Ped. advance Life support and just last week I did the cert for Neonatal adv life support-so I should be all set(we do reg CPR with our Adv ped test)
