I grew up in Hawaii and went to college in northern Indiana. During my first winter the temperature was -20 degrees and -60 with the windchill one day and I had to walk 20 minutes to get to class. They didn't cancel school for anything I think. The next few winters wheren't so bad, but yep, I came back home :goodvibes . Shhh..don't tell but sometimes I miss the snow. It was just warm and cozy inside, it came after the fall colors and I think I just appreciated the sun more when you wait a few months to see it. But, there were some days that were :cold:.

DSs soccer game today has been cancelled because of rain. So I get another day at home to clean and do laundry. I need it!

It's been raining here steadily since Wednesday night! We're under a flood watch but we shouldn't have to worry about that since we're at a pretty high elevation. I do have to watch that my basement doesn't start to flood, though. It soaks through the front wall of the basement once the ground gets too saturated to hold any more water! So I'll be keeping an eye on that today!

Let me tell you just a few things this women has done


She has purposly started fights in all her kids marriages except her DD
she "forgot" her grand daughters special event s but not Her Grand sons

she let ME design her husbands gravestone NOT because I am good at it but because she couldn't be bothered

Her newesst grandson was born 2 months early and was in the hospital and she couldn't go see him cause her "boyfriend" had horseshoes

oh yeah her boyfriend FIL died 18 months before and His wife died 2 months before theY MOVED IN TOGETHER

and that just scratches the surface
this women is INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we dont even bother with her anymore
