One of his coworkers has been out of work for about two weeks

His wife is dying of cancer and the doctors say anyday now

Well this guy has taken alot of time off to be with her this year and there kids

he used up all his Vacation time


the last two weeks has been unpaid

they guys at the Plant are all chpping in some of there vacation time to him so

he can stop worrying about that

so Wil called to see how much I thought he should donate

I guess most are giving 3-10 hours

Wil chipped in a full day 8 hours

makes you feel good to help but man it sure puts life into perspective when you here of something like this poor family

Well my DD starts on the 1st-even though the state passed anew law that states no school til after Labor Day-and my DS is going to middle school and he starts on the 6th too!-the 18yr old :earseek: also starts on the 1st-hope he can pass the 3 classes he needs to graduate!!!!

My brother did that kinda too
at about 16 we started seeing less and less of him
always at friends houses

than at 18 went in the Army for 4 years got out spent a year home and then joined the coast guard spent 4 or 5 years there and got out

now he is spending alot of time with my parnets
i think trying to make up for lost time
