but my parents live on a lake and it is only 15 minutes away

We bought this house with the pool already there-or we probably could of never got one in the budget-always something else that needs attention 1st!-But if my parents only lived 15min away from a lake we'd be there all the time-do you have jet skiies-my SIL lives in NC and when we visit we love to ride them-plus the water is just right about 85-90 degrees and the mountains that surround the lake it's fantasic-I'm going to check out your new scooter thread -be right back.......Oh and in case you all don't remember-I'm Last!

I live 15 minutes fromthe lake
my parents live right across the street

that is where i grew up and man do I miss those early morning swims

it is a small private lake about 1 mile long and 1/2 mile across so they don't allow Jet skis

so we use them at teh "big" lake my cousins camp is on and that is about 45 minutes away

Sounds like fun!!!!! we live by Lake Michigan,but that isn't very warm to swim in and the clean factor makes my shiver!!!

Yup-only one baby-sad case,but he's still so cute-finally got the Mom to go to bed around 2am and now it's free time til 4am lab draws/x-ray and morning Dr's start to arrive-should start any time now-crazy time :crazy:
