4 Star Hotel, at a 2 Star Price

Okay, I know I'm asking for the impossible, but here goes. My family of three is looking for a very inexpensive hotel near Universal. Am hoping for free shuttle service to UnivStudios, and hoping for a complimentary breakfast. We don't expect much from a room. It's only a place to crash at night to us. However, I like the room to be clean, smell fresh, and clean bathrooms. No hair in the sink please!;) And of course, a nice clean bed.

Any ideas fellow DISers!
