YC king beds?

Does anyone know how to find out which rooms at the YC have a king-sized bed? I have a water-view room booked for just DH and I for our anniversary, but we really want a DIRECT water-view. I notice on the YC resort map, that there are a limited amount of rooms that directly overlook Crescent Lake. I guess the view would be more important to me than having 1 or 2 beds in the room.

Anyone know where I can find the specific room numbers?

When you make your ressies ask for a "King sico bed" the they rooms that are differently laid out and only have a king bed.

We stayed in a Sico bed (king bed) room last July and we had the best view!!! It was room 4059. You can see pictures of the room and the view here:

Thanks! That room looks good, though that tree in front has probably grown taller! Do you know what the numbers would be for the 2 rooms next to yours?

I think I may have my request for a king-size bed taken off my reservation so I have a better chance of getting a good view.

This was just 8 months ago. I don't think the tree would be that much bigger. The rooms on the other sides of ours are not King bed rooms.

you can find the room #'s on Joe Cool's faq, but I wouldnt start requesting room #'s, I would just fax in a request of "direct lake view" and "king bed. then call the room assigner directly! call him a couple days prior to your arrival, and just let him know what you want! they really are very accomodating when you ask nicely!!! :)
