Question regarding new Camera

I currently have the Nikon Coolpix P3 and want to upgrade a little.I´m thinking about the Collpix S700(fast reaction time) or the Coolpix P5000 or 5100.They have more options to choose settings?
Any input would be highly appreciated.

I suggest reading reviews at paces like DPReview, DCResource, and Steves-Digicams. Keep your reasons for upgrading in mind while reading the reviews.
