What kind of view do Concierge rooms have? Do they have SV?

Can someone explain exactly what is included with Concierge?

Only 5 Concierge units exist; they are all 2-BR lockoffs, for a maximum of 10 rooms if broken up into 1-BR and Studios. You have a 60% chance of getting the Sunset savanna view, and a 40% chance of getting a pool view.

What is in the Club level lounge? What are the refreshments there?

And to add-on to what Mike said, one of the 2 bedroom units is a handicap accessible room.

The lounge has refreshments starting at 6 or 7 am, until 11pm. They also serve light fare at different times during the day. Its not a meal replacement, except maybe for breakfast.
