Hmmm... it would make a nice gift but way too hard to wrap!

On the other hand, at $2,000 a square foot it seems like a real bargain!

But after all is said and done, it doesn't have the DVC building...

That's really cool!
But If I had an extra 50K sitting around I'd buy DVC at the Y&BC and then put the rest towards airfare and park tickets over the years!
