Early or Late? How did you decide before you made your ADRs?:confused3

I think it all depends on the ages of your party...when we went our kids were 4, 2.5 and 12 months and I decided to book adrs for either an early breakfast or a regular time for lunch. We were on the ddp and used our cs credits for our dinner meal. This way we were able to take a break in the afternoon with a nice lunch, head back to the room for a nap, and then not have to rush back to a restaurant for dinner. We headed back to the parks and had our cs meal. Hope that helps!

Our party consists of myself, my husband and our 10 year old. In 2006, I made our dinner ADRs for sometime between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. We didn't like those times at all. It seemed to cut into our park touring time.

So, in 2007, I made all of our ADRs for sometime between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. We liked that much better. We were able to tour the park efficiently and were ready for a relaxing meal to end our day. We still had time to enjoy the nighttime entertainment too.

We usually eat a light breakfast in our room, a counter service meal for lunch and a light snack mid-afternoon.

Thanks for the advice. I think I'll try to get reservations between 7:00 and 8:00 if I can. It's just 2 of us this time myself and my 13 yr old son. He wants to eat at theme restaurants and I like good food. We are doing DDP and will be at Disney from Sept 23 - 28th so if you all have any information about the food and wine festival that would be appreciated.
