Handicap verandah

I hear the handicap verandah in 7138 has metah around it and not plexiglass. How can the handicap person in a wheelchair see out to the water

I was thinking the same thing, we are in a handicapped room and have a metal verandah and I know godson wont be able to see over the rail because he is small and in a wheelchair....Doesn't really make sense does it???
