Where do Teens get their news online?

Hi-

I am a regular poster on a few other boards (CB, Families, Budget), but am working on a project with my company right now related to the teen audience (specifically guys).

My firm is planning some programming for this audience and wants to know where most teen guys go to search for current news online. As most of us are past our teens (I'm 29!), we thought we'd try and ask the actual peole we are trying to reach.

Can anyone help?

Yeah, if there's a specific news story I want to know more about, I Google it and click the first results. They're usually a news channel's site, CNN or MSNBC, but I don't usually take notice. Sometimes I'll get news from the Google and Yahoo links that come up next to my email, but I don't check it very often so that's not a huge source of news for me. I probably get most of my news from the paper.

I usually come on here and if there's any important news, it already has a thread on it. I also check on Google News alot.

I am a guy. Msn.com is where i go. When targetting teens put pop culture news and normal headlines together in a tasteful manner
