late check-out {Beach Club}

We're not flying out until 7:00 pm. We're staying at the Beach Club for the first time and would love to just hang around Stormalong Bay until it's time to leave. Has anyone been successful with getting a late check out and when did you request it {Dreams is handling our reservations}. The other option would be to store our stuff in the rental car and possibly get ready for our flight in the changing area {if there is one?!}. Any suggestions?

The latest you can check out is 1 p.m. without being charged extra. We did that last year when our flight left about 7 p.m. We had planned on staying at SAB but it was cloudy/rainy the day we left so we played mini golf and went to DD instead. You can use the showers/changing rooms at Ship Shape Health Club.

We tried to request late check out when we checked in but they told us we would have to call back the day before we checked out to request it.

We always seem to get a late flight and we like to do the hang at the pool our last day. We pack a day bag and get a 1PM checkout. They store our luggage for us and then we enjoy a pool day. the Spa has a great changing area and shower area. It is very private and they even have a hair dryer in the womans room. They provide towels and if you need shampoo and they have a soap dispenser on the wall of the shower. The lockers in the spa don't have locks so you can't store things there I usually just keep the day bag in the trunk.

We've got 1 p.m. twice (and actually pushed it a little past last year) and also were told to wait and call the day before.
