At what resort can we rent tandem bicycle?

Has anyone rented a bicycle built for two at any of the resorts? I thought this would be a nice diversion for DH and I one afternoon. I'd really appreciate any info on if and where they can be rented. Thanks!

Lago Dorado is a 15 acre lake in the midst of the resort. The marina offers kayak, pedal boats and electric boat rentals. Encircling the lagoon and linking the quiet pools is a 0.9 mile Esplanade for leisurely strolls. A nature walk winds it's way through the wooded sections of the resort featuring wooden walkways and bridges. Bicycle rentals -- standard, kid's, tandem, and even bikes with training wheels! are also available for kids and adults... they also have helmets for those that request one.


What should I expect to pay for Bike and Boat Rentals?

The following prices are subject to change (11/99)
Bicycle - $5/hour; $12/day

Mongoose Bicycles - $6/hour, $14/day, $27/overnight

Allycat Bike - $9/hour, $17/day

Tandem Bicycle - $6/hour; $13/day

Surrey Bikes 2 seater - 15.09/half hour
Surrey Bikes 4 seater - 16.98/half hour

Any other resorts besides Coronado rent tandem bikes?

hi: bwv also rents tandem bicycles. i think the bike rentals at wl are the regular bikes.

never seen actual tandem, which is a two wheeler, one in front of the other... they do have the "romantic version"... a 4 wheeler, side by side... seen them at Port Orleans and around the Boardwalk area... lot's of laughs watching the 6 placers fail on the hills... great sport
