Resort Luggage Service - Have you used it?

Has anyone used the luggage service at the All-Star Resorts? We have stayed at All-Star Resorts the last 2 years in a row and wondered if it would be easier to let them deliver our luggage.

Any thoughts, turnaround time, costs, or helpful information would be great!

I have stayed at the All Stars several times and have never taken my own luggage to my room. The room has never been ready as I usually take an early flight and arrive in FLA before noon. I have always just given my laugauge to the CM outside and then went to the park. Most times I have gotten back after nine and my luguage was always there. It just means a little more planning on your part to ensure you have the right clothes and shoes to make for a long day. I have even taken other clothes in a back pack and changed in the bathroom in the lobby then checked all my luguage in. Once we wore our bathing suits under our clothes on the plane then just went swimming when we checked in and had lunch then called about our room it was ready and our lugguage was there. Of course were older now and just run off to the parks instead. lol
