Depends on what your needs are?

Do you want DTD view?

Do you plan on walking to DTD?

Are you going to the pools much?

We like the Grandstand section, followed by the Congress Park section.

If you want to walk to the Marketpalce side of DTD then Congress Park or Paddocks is a good idea. If you want to walk to the West Side where Disney Quest, and a number of restaurants are then Grandstand is closer. Our favorite areas as Grandstand and CP also.

We will have a car, so we CAN drive to the bus stop is we need to. I want a nice room with a nice view. We have 2 small children, so we will be spending most of our time at the parks. If it is warm enough, I know my oldest DD would LOVE to swim.
TIA,

Oh, I forgot to ask this. I know the Spings bldg is closest to the lobby, but a lot of people seem to like the grandstrand bldg. Are grandstrand rooms nicer than springs rooms?

The Grandstand rooms are the newest rooms. They should all be decorated the same. We stayed in the Springs section when we went in Oct. and were near a bus stop and the main pool. We also walked to the Grandstand section to try that pool, which isn't too far away from the reception area and the main pool. The Grandstand section is the first bus stop, which would be a plus if the buses are crowded. Also when coming back from the parks you would be let off first.

We actually prefer the Paddock. It is away from the main buildings, and the theme pools. There is a quiet pool close by. The kids love to walk across the long foot bridge, and look at the fish, ducks and turtles. it is about a 7 minute walk to the main building/theme pools, when we do what to go.

Best suggestion - before checking in, drop off your bags with the bell person and take a walk around! That way you will not be disappointed... Have a ball, were coming home this summer and we can hardly wait!

I liked Grandstand...the pool is great, and a pool bar:)
